So happy I popped into sports power Grafton! May have just received the best customer service from a sweet young lady who was welcoming and well educated in runners. She was able to guide me from what I had thought were going to be good shoes, to perhaps the most comfortable and well fitted shoe I have ever owned. She could see I was walking badly in the first pair and offered excellent, non pushy advice. Thank you very much! I wish I got her name to be able to tell her I’m beyond grateful and impressed 10/10 👌

The lady who helped today was so awesome. She took the time making sure we are happy and was so nice. Sad part was she is over worked. But she had everything under control. One of the boys standing behind the front counter could of helped out. We were very impressed by how efficient the lady was tho.

10/10 experience, lovely dude named Nic was so nice to us and made it his mission to find our sizes and make sure we get everything we needed
