Food was great very tasty and good value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent place ,value and atmosphere

We got takeaway coffees every day over the Christmas break, when it was the only thing opened. Great coffee, friendly service and quick. Didn't have the food, so cannot comment but good for parking, service and price.

Some of the loveliest staff I’ve ever encountered! Especially the barista Izzi - always so friendly, efficient, and remembers my order perfectly every time. In my personal opinion she makes the best coffee of any staff member there, she’s never made a bad one. Keep up the good work Izzi!

Was great to be able to sit and have a good pot of tea and my favorite toastie. Had mum and my gorgeous nephew with me. Great food good company, friendly and helpful staff members what more can you ask for.

I was delighted when after enjoying good coffee and reading local newspaper I was asked by a pleasant waitress (Lily by name) if I would like some chilled water while waiting fpr my wife to return. What a nice gesture. Top

Just had coffee here at Coffee Club Grafton. Young lady by the name of Lily took my order.
We came in at almost 4pm (closing time) this young lady was so polite and helpful. I was a bit guilty about arriving at closing time.
Lily has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Well done Lily.

My Husband and I just had a amazing Crispy Chicken Fillet Burger we will definitely be back

Great coffee, food can be a little pricey, best scones with jam & cream, friendly staff, clean cafe.

There is always room for me there. The service is impeccable and if there is a problem, it is fixed straight away, with a smile. Nowhere else has such good customer service. 😀
