Up In Smoke

Had a bit of an ongoing issue with a faulty product, trying to contact the owner for a refund was a nightmare.

Until I stumbled into this location and explained the situation to the two girls working, I absolutely appreciate the hell out of the fact that they were:

1: very friendly and actually able to get in contact with the owner and resolve my problem/

2: knowledgeable beyond that of the staff at another store that told me some fairly incorrect info about what I was buying.

And generally just understanding of my frustration.

I live 30km from Malaga, and I'll go the extra distance to purchase anything I need in the future, here and Morley with Tia have been the two, hands down, most positive experiences.

I was in store today I was in another prior. The prior store customer service sucked. And I was frustrated. So I walked into up in smoke 5 minutes later with a vague idea what I needed. Madison served me she was polite courteous and she basically knew what I needed. I bought my item walked out off the store with a smile. It wasn't until I returned home that with that one act of kindness and helpfulness Madison turned an upsetting day to a much better one. Madison thankyou very much. I wrote this because one simple act can move mountains. Thankyou you brightened my day.

First place to have the vapes I used to get back home tried multiple stores, lasted ages and hasn't been a faulty one like the iget legends I was previously making do with from another store
