I ordered a frozen coke on the machine and I was sooo soo confused because as soon as I paid for it it was already ready. it was at like 9pm and I was really impressed with how quickly they did it and I don't know how they did. It probably won't be that fast in the day time but it is like the best maccas I've been to

Ordered a big brekky burger today around 8.00 am (peak time) only took 3 mins to make the burger and it was fabulous just a proper McDonald burger. Highly recommend.

Honestly just go to KFC if you don’t want to wait

Under pressure no problems, all the crew members still had a big smile on their faces and happy to serve and still had time to have a quick conversations to every customers that they served. Well done and keep up your great customer service.

The staff are pretty good, and attentive, and they always seem to be out cleaning up the seating area after all the lazy pigs, which is a good thing of course. I don't usually eat sweet things. But the chocolate Sunday was bloody marvelous!!

HAD our worse burger meal of just bbq sauce n oil beef burger meal with cold uncooked chips.
We threw it in bin as hubby thought they didn't care on how they served. But I did tell manager it was worse meal we ever had . So please improve your services

Caitlin, at Wallan south maccas was a very polite, well dressed, friendly, happy to help girl. She serviced in a nice and quick manner. Also came across her in the barista, took my order for a hot chocolate and it was fantastic one of the best ones I’ve had. She was happy to chat and had a great smile. great work.

To the girl who was forced to awkwardly use the kiosk for me I appreciate you, you’re doing a great job. To the pig manger with no people skills who made me use the kiosk even after I told him I was paying with cash and there was no point as I had to come back up anyway, gfy

Stopped here on way south early Friday morning, clean, quick service cheerful employees, first nice cup of coffee I have had from a Victorian Maccas I could actually drink, normally the coffee from Victorian Maccas usually bitter and taste burnt, well done to this Maccas

It was ok, not the best , not the worst, machine made. This group of shops, fast food cutlets needs more cleaners to pickup usless peoples mess who dont know what bins are for.

Have stopped here on numerous occasions when traveling and the service has always been good and the dining area is lovely and clean.

Our 1 am feast was one to remember . Changed the beef to chicken in the double big Mac with sweet and sour sauce 💪 you havbt lived till you've had it

McDonalds is McDonalds, pretty much the same everywhere. The place is generally chaos, a bit messy but the service is quick. Quite like the gourmet burgers and salads. Parking is good

Great coffee and sevice.. the beautiful young girl Tenisha makes spot on coffee everytime... she goes above and beyond for customers and always has a smile on her face....

These guys are really hard workers! My order has never been wrong and the staff go above and beyond with their customer service!

It was late night and facility was clean and staff friendly what more can I say
