I would like to take the opportunity to single out an exceptional team member by the name of Bryce who works in the delicatessen section of the supermarket. He is always very polite, kind and ready to assist. It is a pleasure to be served by Bryce. He embodies the best qualities of the great service professional. I am sure you will notice this too, when you shop there on the weekends.

Went in to collect my click & collct and had to carry my baby due to the 37 degree day. Lisa at the service desk was so lovely and helpful & Joshua pushed the trolly to my car & helped to loaded all my grocery’s for me. It’s the most friendly and helpful customer service I have had in a long time.

Good place for daily living things

They are a fairly good Woolworths. They had my plant based chicken tenders which are fantastic so I was super excited.

Typical large modern, fresh Woolies supermarket. Has everything we need on a weekly basis. Easy access via outdoors parking. Surrounded by other great shops. We're a regular here.

I am always so impressed with the staff in this store. They are always super attentive and very knowledgeable about the shop, as well as products. In particular, the tall shop lad with the curly hair, I think his name is Brandon. He always is kind to talk too and super helpful with me when I am looking for something. Great to see real customer service still exists in this world. 11/10

A lot of people are saying that this is a “Standard Store” but we all know that it isn’t, Woolworths in wallan used to be run down. Broken floor tiles, cash registers in bad shape and not a lot of variety. The store had a upgrade awhile ago, fixing all the issues and making the shop clean. If you find anyone on here trashing this store we all know that they are not “Local” and they haven’t been in wallan long enough to know.

2020 is a very strange year & the way in which we shop has changed dramatically! Covid-19 has had a massive impact on supermarkets but I must admit, the way in which this store has handled the chaos, new regulations & ever changing conditions has been perfect! They have done the most fabulous job & the staff have managed to keep upbeat & as friendly as they always are! The store recently had a makeover & it's always a nice experience here!

Tidy store. Reasonably well stocked (the time I went). Few bargains can be found but depends on the time of day. Good service.

Love this store and it’s great friendly staff

I was so impressed by my visit to Woolworths Wallan. The store is very well-kept and the staff go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for if its location isn't immediately obvious. Special thanks to Brandon who really went above and beyond to help me find a favourite snack! I really appreciate his conscientiousness, and I highly recommend this supermarket.

always love shopping here, however since the Virus and Self Packing, Cashiers think they are at Aldi and zoom the Products through which then causes a pile up and put so much pressure on the Purchaser who have to pack their own. Would it be at all possible to scan Items at a reasonable pace please.

Always friendly service (aside the odd occasion there has been an extremely rude man in deli..thankfully haven't seen him for a while) and well set out modern shop...

Staffs at this store are really kind and helpful. Other Woolies have to learn from them especially Caroline springs branch.

Quite afew empty shops in the complex so hope it picks up because I like the area.
