Great track, good pace of play and very scenic - wildlife etc. Good to get out of the city. Will return again.

If you are looking for a real summer course, This would be the one. Beatifully layout yet challenging giving the best combination of the day. The front 9 were fun, the best spot to take picture is the Hole no. 9 and 10. The back 9 were challenging. Never under estimate this course. The staff were welcoming. the Caffe definately very nice spot to enjoy after game. Enjoy Growling Frog

A great and challenging course for all handicaps. The locals (kangaroos, ducks and of course the Growling Frogs) will keep you entertained.

The restaurant provides good food and the staff are friendly.

Do yourself a favour and visit The Frog 🐸 for a great all round experience.

Played here on Anzac Day, hit off the first at 10am and five hours later I was enjoying a beer as the players were running out onto the MCG.
As you’d expect it was busy on the course being a public holiday, there was a bit of waiting during our round.
This course is a fantastic layout with doglegs, sloping fairways, blind tee shots and elevated tees and greens, there is not a single boring hole set amongst the native bushland.
The fairways are in beautiful condition, the greens were full of pitch marks but were pretty good, most of the bunkers weren’t raked however it is a public course…..
The pro shop is fully stocked and the GSM staff were all friendly.
We will definitely play out at the Frog 🐸 again!

A great course just North of Melbourne. While I wish there were less bunkers I also wish I'd hit into them less too lol. Seriously though we played in testing conditions with 30k+ winds and rain at times and I still had a blast. There's challenging shots off the tees, you can select a lot of different clubs off the tees and the bunkers and other hazards make you think twice about approach shots too.
The clubhouse is great too and the staff are friendly as well. I'm definitely coming back when the weather is better!
Also: take a cart.

Well kept advanced course, great scenery, Modern up to date club house and hope you don’t mine a crowd. Plenty of roos to keep you company!

I'm becoming quite a regular here. Love the course, great upkeep and very challenging. Very helpful staff and very well organised. Highly recommend.

P.S. you need to have a drinks cart on the go ;)

Really beautiful course but very long... definitely need a cart on a hot day. Haven't played there for a few years and good to see one home I hated with the domed green has gone.... happy new.... and you get lots of friends to watch you along the way later in the day....

Loved the day, bunkers had suffered from recent rain my only knock on the course. GPS carts mean you need to stay on the fairways, just a reminder, so a bit of walking if you are away from cart paths

Beautiful course, a long challenging course, fast greens & plenty of bunkers to watch out for, a nice and well stocked proshop with friendly staff and a nice club house to enjoy a refreshing ale after a round.

Fantastic course. Pity its not closer to Melbourne. Great adventure golf, and conditions were pretty decent for mid winter. Large fairways but not easy, undulations and doglegs. Some bunkers were don't their best imitation of a pond, but most were in good condition and not too wet. Service was pretty good, pro shop was well stocked. It might be a while before I return, but I will definitely be back.

Love the Frog! Been here on many occasions and have always had a great time. Tough track that will eat you alive if you are not careful.

The course was in excellent condition with the exception of the bunkers which had been rain damaged but apart from that, well worth having a round or two there.
We also had a beer and a meal after the game, it was worth the trip just for the lunch which was also excellent.
All of the staff from the proshop to the bistro were both friendly and offered prompt service.
All in all a very pleasant experience and would gladly go back.

Very friendly reception/staff. Beautiful course and fantastic Graham Marsh design all in the middle of nature. Loved seeing the kangaroos just casually hopping over the course. Coming from the UK I couldn’t believe the value for money…., had a great day and can only recommend it.

Seriously delicious burgers at Growling Frog! One of the best I’ve ever had in my life! Apparently they offer a “Burger Experiment” on Friday’s with 15 different burgers. I’ll be back! Don’t just come for golf, it’s well worth coming purely for the food these days.
