Great place for all different things from cards & wrapping paper, to wool, craft and other items.
One particular team member who's been there for many years, knows her stuff well and is very friendly and helpful, and has Excellent customer service.

I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly, The manager of the store is a very nice lady always friendly ,and ready with a smile, I love the store and all the delightful things available to buy.

Ok, where to start. The Customer Service at Hot Bargain Forster, Stockland Mall. Is beyond reproach!
Recently ordered very specific reading glasses. Which when arrived was exactly what I ordered and was called the moment of their arrival. Those girls went above and beyond! We’re incredibly pleasant to deal with in regards to interest and customer service. I wish I could remember those lovely young ladies names, But u will know them buy their friendliness and customer service. Thanks again, really appreciate the service. 😊

Store is crowded with stands. Witness a local with bad eye sight hit a stand according to them she broke it. They tried to make her pay for it. She asked to speak to manager to be told " SHE IS OUR MOTHER". Mother and daughters are rude, arrogant. Will never shop there again.

So I was in hot bargain with my friends and I got kicked out for no reason I was looking for stuff and they told us too leave and I wanted to buy stuff and this dude told the worker we were being a rat and followed us so shut down this town and make a mecca so bad don't go here

Keeps on hiring and firing staff, never has time to train them. The manager is so forgetful that she blames her faults on her staff members.
