Install of TV was excellent. Not only is TV mounted and working, they fixed a problem with my other TV as well. Having expert electrical and data people install is the way to solve problems smoothly. Well done Harvey Norman and Ted's electrical and data services.

Purchasing a new refrigerator we were referred to Cary Archer. Cary has good product knowledge and a very obliging business manner. We paid a fair price including delivery and could not be happier with the service provided.

I have just had the pleasure of being looked after by Monet in electrical. This young Lady is on the ball, knows her products inside out. The best salesperson I have had in a long time. An absolute asset to the company.

Tyrone, the electrician from EDS Electrical and Data Services and David from Harvey Norman Forster, were punctual, arriving at the stated time at our house to do the installation of our TV. They were very thorough and professional when completing all aspects of the installation. The guys were happy to answer our questions re the setup of the TV. Very pleased with the outcome.

I visited the store to purchase a phone for my son and a samsung tablet for my daughter and on both occasions i was assisted by Leonard.The phone my son wanted was not in stock but with Leonards advice we were able to choose a different brand and leave the store Happy. Leonard was really helpful, friendly and polite on both occasions. He is definitely an asset to your Forster store.

They had what I needed, and they were happy to price match. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

We visited the store today to purchase our new oven and cooktop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. Highly recommend the service at this store!

Dave was fantastic organising an installer for me on the spot for our rental property, and the Tyrone from TED’s electrical took time away from his own family to pick up the Oven from Harvey Norman and installed it so our tenants could have Xmas dinner with their New Oven.

Craig was just awesome! He was very accommodating to my needs and was quick to provide me with a solution. Any time I need any help with anything electrical, I’ll be going to Havery Norman in Forster and I will hope for Craig to be there again.

These guys are so helpful and switched on. Went in to do some urgent printing. Had problems, and the team sorted me out. Special shout out to Craig... Ill be in to sign up on one of your Optus contracts soon. And hey... might pick up one of those awesome Samsung Fold5 beauties when there. Thanks again guys... you rock!

I would like to thank cary from harvey norman and Tyrone from TEDs electrical for there support in helping us with selecting our new 75inch TV and installing it on a wall mount and hiding all our cables in the wall. Prompt, profession and great experince.

Just left the store. Clean and tidy. Great range of everything. Professional service. Nathan very helpful and not pushy. He managed a VERY difficult customer whilst i was there and did a seriously good job. All the team were welcoming and kind.

I will be purchasing here when I finally make a decision. Some say I am indecisive.....but I am not so sure.

I've been using the Optus services provided my local Forster store, for about 3 years now,
I can not fault at all, outstanding customer service provided by Craig from Optus, and all the other staff are always very willing to help.
When I have had any issues, problems, questions, with optus Craig explains things so I understand completely.
Highly recommended.

What a wonderful store. I am from out of town and the store owner Cary Archer and operations manager Alayne Johnson we ever so helpful. Organising my purchase to be delivered to my home. I had ordered a pigeon pair only to realise that the sizes had changed and it no longer would fit. They are very professionally and gave me a full refund. They came up with alternative solution and I will be now ordering the change. Thank you Forster Harvey Norman I would highly Recommend them to anyone
