Sweet Pea Animal Hospital

My Great Dane was injured at about 730pm and I drove from Taree to Forster to go to Sweet Pea. The Vet and his wife were so lovely and so accommodating. He was very thorough with me big boy who I'm happy to say made a full recovery!!

So impressed with this vet clinic! We were visiting the area and needed a vet for our puppy. Sweet Pea was recommended by a neighbour where we were staying and they nailed it!
All the staff were amazing, over the phone and in person. They were so welcoming and friendly that Cliffy was completely relaxed for Rob to do his job. Rob was very thorough and really informative. Highly recommend Sweet Pea Animal Hospital.

What an amazing calm friendly place! I rang in a panic as my dog was bitten by another dog and luckily I spoke to Sam, one of the most caring, understanding people I have ever met. We were only visiting the area, but I wish I lived closer, there was no fuss, Sam checked out Hudson who is a stress head of a Boxer dog, so can be a challenge, but I have never seen him so calm. I would highly recommend Sweet Pea Animal Hospital.

Amazing Vets and have big hearts and knowledge of all pets and animals.
Always have adorable pets for adoption, so see them first please.

It's obvious that animals and animal welfare are a passion to Rob and Sam and not just a job. They sacrifice a lot to help injured and abandoned animals and I'm proud to have helped them out raising funds to continue their excellent work.

No words can express our gratitude enough for Rob, Sam and the whole team at Sweet Pea. Rob has always gone above and beyond for our unwell cat, and is so thorough, caring and knowledgeable. Our pets are our world and we are so very grateful to have this team of incredible people nearby

The team were fantastic and I highly recommend! They reception team (Erin) was so caring and got us in straight away due to the incident. We were met with the biggest cuddles and our dog felt right at home straight away!! The Vet (Rob) was amazing! He was so caring & knowledgeable. The treatment was exceptional. Rob even called the next day to follow up which is exactly what you want when your pet is not well! I forgot my receipt so I called back and received the same great service from Helen! A great experience overall!

Sweet Pea have been such an important part of our lives. From puppies to cherished last moments with our best friend, injured wildlife, bottle fed orphan kittens....we can't thank Rob and the sweet pea team for being there for us through over a decade of ups and down with our pets. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys.

Not only are they a great veterinary hospital, but they also have an excellent adoption program for cats and dogs in need of their fur-ever homes. Highly recommend both services

We moved up here a few months ago and had to find a new vet after leaving Greencross. We decided to try Sweat pea. We won't be going any where else. From the first phone call and the time we first stepped in the door. Their staff are all so professional and caring. You can ring for some advice free of charge and Their general fee for attending the clinic and vet services is very reasonable. Bella loves going there (cause she gets treats ha)

The kindest, best vets in the area. Cannot thank them enough for everything they do for us.

Are very compassionate & only have your pets best interests at heart. Arranged repayment plan when I couldn't afford vet bills. . Would not have been able to get to the bottom of my cats trouble which would have eventually become life threatening.

Above & Beyond Pet Compassion:

We found a lost & frightened older dog during a thunder storm. Took the beautiful old fella to Sweat Pea around 6.30pm. Closed.

Phoned Robs mobile who promptly sent Samantha to us - immediately identified the old fellas owners thru a microchip.

Returned a very happy dog to his owners.

Well done Rob & Sam...above & beyond pet compassion.
