Vintage Cellars Balaclava

Solid range and very well stocked location. Had two wines that I was chasing and having trouble locating. Bought using "Click and Collect" which was extremely easy and efficient. Turned up and my order was waiting at the counter. Plenty of parking nearby which makes it easy to get in and out. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Would recommend to others both shopping online or in person.

Fantastic service. It's the only place in South East Melbourne where I could find the King David Sacramental wine and at a great price at only $20.

Awesome Liquor shop with great customer service! I spoke with Andy about buying a white wine celebration gift and Andy was very helpful and patient with answering my questions. Andy's Customer service was excellent and he had a down to earth and genuine approach to him too. Will definitely be coming back! Definitely recommend this place! Keep up the awesome work Andy!

JC is an absolute superstar. He was literally leaving to go home, had his bag packed and was handing over. He saw me struggling with some grocery items and I wasn't sure what to buy.

Once I decided, he generously offered me a bag, had a chat and really made my day. Thank you JC, you're a legend and definitely deserve a hectic pay rise or recognition for your genuine interest in customer service.

I must say, I next to never leave reviews for anything at all. Good or bad. But today I've experienced customer service at it's finest. Alex is a real enrichment to the team. Make sure to not lose this little gem!

A great Vintage Cellars outlet. Okay, they may not have the biggest range but the selection they have is well thought out and the staff are absolutely excellent - they know their products, are always happy and genuinely care about their community. Highly recommended.

Always a good place for a good bargain as the staff there are friendly and always willing to help you with your choices when your stock. I never had a bad choice of wines from this store as they take their time to get the right wines for their customers
