after a year with my watch I had to change the battery, when I took it in I was advised there might be something wrong with the stopper mechanism, as I really love my watch I have contacted the support team that encouraged me to send my watch in for them to have a look at ( not to mention the fast response and kind attitude the team had) and was contacted just a few days later advising they have decided to send me a new watch! all in all I am very happy with my watch, the team and there beautiful work, thank you🙏

I ordered a cool watch from the Horse that my daughter chose for her 10th birthday. Arrived within 2 days - totally awesome as we live regional. Unfortunately tho when my daughter opened it, she dropped it and a piece broke making it unwearable.

Have now ordered two watches from the Horse, one for my daughter and one for myself and we both love them. I have multiple The Horse items including back packs, watches, handbags and a key ring. I have been so happy with the quality of these. In particular my backpack is both super trendy and durable! I take it with me everywhere I go. To work and to the park with the kids.
My watches are sleek and timeless (pardon the pun) I have two resins a blockout and a The Original. Clearly I’m obsessed. So I make sure everyone else becomes obsessed too. I’ve bought numerous gifts and gift cards for friends for their birthdays and colleagues as farewell gifts. You can’t go wrong. I seem to be addicted to The Horse. I mean hey, how many watches does a person actually need? I love the styles so much that not only am I buying different coloured watch bands but I am even buying your watches for gifts. Your quality is great and so are your prices.

What to write and not be under-spoken! The Horse is one of my favorite brands. From the moment I discovered the brand I was amazed with the minimal yet classic design. Very contemporary but yet timeless. More than a half of my watch collection is from the Horse. Everything from the design, style, materials, quality, packaging, color pallet, options, varieties ... is just on the point! Their customer service, problem solving skills, communication, shipping duration is above and beyond! One of the best experience I had and having with on-line purchases and brands in general! I know all of this could look like payed review, but I have no other words except pure praise. Well done Horse, can't wait to see new designs and products.

I was searching for an Australian owned leather bag designer... I found The Horse. I now own most of their bags and I couldn't be happier. The product is beautiful, the quality is amazing and the service is impeccable with quick delivery. I take their backpack with me evewhere, it is perfect. The new collection is gorgeous, I will be buying the slimline and rover backpacks.

Most of these watches are quite style and color specific and need to be teamed with the right outfit to look good, but with a harmoniously bold watch, often no other accessory is needed to finish an outfit!
Must mention too, the service is friendly and helpful

I have bought many things from the horse- watches (some for me- some for gifts) and a couple of handbags. They’ve all been winners… love my dome handbag- I bought it in pale pink and wore it all last summer. Everything has arrived beautifully packaged- especially the watches in lux boxes. My favourite touch is the handwritten personalised note- always a highlight for me. Also they have really great sales so look out for them- enjoy! Xx
