Coles Trinity Village

I visited Coles Alkimos a few weeks ago rather than my usual local store and to say it was welcoming is an understatement. I went to the checkout with my few items and my cashier was this young lady Amy. She greeted me with a friendly smile, was quick, and productive with her time. Will most definitely be returning for my future shops!

The school children aren’t banned… yet. There is a security guard now and only a few children allowed in at a time.

Over the last 18 months myself, and other members of the community have witnessed disgusting behaviour in the mornings between 8-9am.

Amongst other things, I’ve had to walk with my two year old through a crowd of them yelling the “c” word (multiple times), seen really dangerous behaviour with e-scooters around the elderly, watched them leave their mess/litter all over the place, and seen abusive behaviour toward staff.

By putting security on to assist with the situation it seems that Coles are trying absolutely everything to NOT ban these kids.

The staff at our Coles is lovely, and they absolutely have the right to work in a safe environment, as community members have the right to shop in a safe environment also.

Well done guys, great decision and action taken to keep our community safe - as a regular shopper there, I for one feel a lot safer.

Stock is usually good but selected items dropped.

I went to Coles at 9am today and the lady at the self check out counter was such a gem! She made my day with a big smile and helping hand. Thank you, you're such an angel

Not too busy at certain times of day and full compliment of stock most of the time..pleasant shopping centre.

Lovely shop easy to shop in and perfect for the growing local community. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love seeing and smelling fresh bread being made as you walk in.

Everything you need in a small location.

The g app keeps asking me how was coles every time I stop to get a coffee at another shop in the complex. I’ve never been here but hopefully leaving this review will stop it.

Coles TRINITY is located just off Marmion Avenue, on Santorini Promenade, in Alkimos.

This store is the largest I've been to in the area; offering a huge range of products, full of variety.

Nice shop, could be a bit brighter in the store, unusual dairy and freezer layout, lake a bit of getting use to

Such wonderful staff and gorgeous fresh produce and baked goods. Cannot recommend this Coles enough!
