We have purchased 3 bikes here and the service each time has been amazing. Just collected a bike after a service and it is running better than new. All work required and associated costs were communicated clearly and the work was completed in a couple of days. Would highly recommend for bike purchase or repairs!

My bike broke few times and they were always happy to accommodate me the same day and fix my bike quickly and for a reasonable price. Always kind and nice. I will come back for sure.

I hadn’t been to the cycle shop at Carine Glades for years, it had declined over the past 10 years with different owners, plus I’d moved away.
Having recently moved back to the area, I decided to drop in to the store as I noticed it had a new owner with a shiny new name. I was greeted by a young dude whom I didn’t know at the time was the new owner.
Will, was super welcoming, knowledgable and clearly just passionate about cycle equipment and curating the best for his customers. He went out of his way to help order some specific gear for my son for Christmas, which was appreciated. Most refreshing was that there is nothing pretentious at all about the vibe in this store, which always seems to be the biggest reason for me not to go back to a store. Definitely worth checking them out..

Great bike shop. Have bought bikes and bike parts, and had bikes serviced here. They are always helpful and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the level of service you get.

I rang Buy Cycles Carine to book my e-bike in to get the brake pads and rotors replaced, dropped in on Monday and got a phone call Tuesday pm then my first ride was Thursday. Perfect job done, good service and a fair price. I'll be back. Thank you, Geoff H

I took my bike which had both tyres completely ruined here for a service. Within a couple of days it was all fixed up and like brand new. Highly recommend, very professional and helpful staff.

Our son purchased his new bike from Buy Cycles Carine some 20 months ago. Yesterday we were attempting to pack the bike into a Qantas bike box so it could fly back to Melbourne. We were having trouble and could not remove the pedals. At short notice even though Buy Cycles Carine were extremely busy they got us out of trouble. So a big thanks to Buy Cycles Carine we really appreciate the great customer service.

I've bought a number of bike here over the years, from road bikes to high end emtbs. The build quality has been outstanding. I've always be pleased with repairs and services by the skilled mechanics. Prices are great. The staff are friendly and happy to give advice.

Very happy with my new bike!! It is an amazing thing to be able to walk into your local bike shop on a Saturday morning (unannounced), and the guys can just instantly prep a bike for a test ride, and then just as quickly set it all up for you to take home in just a few more minutes.

The staff are specialists in what they do. We needed my sons brakes and gears serviced after some off-road tracks but they got the bike to as good as new again. Thanks for your expertise and fixing it so promptly

Great all round service. Knowledgeable cool staff. My bike was so clean I nearly didn’t recognise it!
