Target Plenty Valley

Very big super store with free wifi. It's nice to have free wifi, especially when the mall does not provide one. This is probably one of the few Target outlets in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Does not have wide range of bikes inspite of having more range of bike gears. It does not clearly mentioned whether they provide bike assembly services.

This lovely girl (I think her name was Claudia) at customer service was so sweet to me and helped me with my refund. She really took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied and always and a smile on her face. Very refreshing!

This Target is located inside Westfield plenty Valley
it's huge with lots of varieties from clothing to home decor electronics and what not
went there to click and collect Car Seat Stroller and few other things
it was quick and easy

staff was really helpful and prices are good compared to other stores

Heaps of FREE parking available on the front side as well as on the back side

Customer service in this store is always fantastic. The older lady at the door with the grey/purple hair is such a vibe and always makes you smile when entering/leaving the store.

I would like to thank the beautiful lady that went into Plenty Valley Target and paid off my lay buy . You are an angel which has bought tears of happiness to our life at this very special time of the year . I will repay this back soon . Not Busy Here Last night 8.06pm no que at all self-serving no problems. Not many People inside Not busy too It was easy.. Girl at self-serving was friendly, smiling and happy same the guy that stand to check your receipt on your way out. Great.

This morning I was assisted by a lovely young gentleman named Mitch. He was incredibly patient as we tried to work out why some items were not scanning properly, I had a lot of stock… he was pleasant the whole way through and served me with a smile! So great to see young people working hard and providing excellent customer service! Mitch needs a pay rise.

Excellent place to shop quality products. Courteous and helpful staff.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. The usual place we go to for shopping. Loads of varieties. Although , hope they had more variations in men clothing. Located right Infront of a kids play area. So you can leave the kids playing and do shopping. Opened late during weekends.

Very big space. Great stock levels across multiple lines. Staff were very helpful. Layout of store is very open and unobstructed, so you can easily find what you want without too much hassle. This Target I go to regularly. Highly recommended! 👍

I have to say this store has the nicest check out staff of all the Target stores I’ve been to. I don’t see a lot of staff while walking around the store, but items were displayed on shelves in their rightful section so it was easy to look for what i wanted without any assistance.
Store looks neat and tidy, spacious and very comfortable to walk around. The check out staff was an elderly lady and she had a big genuine smile on her face as she greeted customers and help them to pay for their items.
This is one of the best Target stores around.

Don't go shopping the day lockdown ends and shops open up. The queues were insane.

The service, however, was amazing. Great job to everyone in store for today's effort. You all deserve a pay rise.

True to its brand name this place too hoards this multi-purpose store for people from different walks of life. Has a very good visibility from within the facility. Surrounded by all good stores catering to different needs of the visiting crowds from different parts of the suburb and the city.

I had an awesome experience in store today. A staff member went out of his way to find some information on the nintendo switch for me, then gave me great advice in regards to it. Then another member offered further help after she heard my request. Thanks Sandy and Darni well done.

Good store. Lots of put of stock items. A sign of the times? A good crowd but checkout was easy and quick. Staff are very helpful.

This store has friendly helpful staff. The store always appears neat and not cluttered and I can always find what I am looking for. The checkouts seem staffed all the time which is helpful when trying to avoid long ques.
