My go to Indian grocery. Have most things I miss from home and the staff are very friendly. Great variety of items too. Highly recommended!

Great service, very helpful staff, we had been going to another Indian Spice Shop, and had gone there for a few years, until we ran out of Indian Spices we like to use regularly, but we found they no longer existed, which was disappointing, so we looked up where other shops might be located, saw this one listed at St Mary's, and went there.
They were very helpful and had what we wanted.
We will go there again, as we need to get some Cummin and Coriander, Sweet Praprika, some Chilli powder, and
some ground Cardamin.
Today we got, Lime Pickle, a bottle of Tangy Tamarine, Black ground Pepper, White ground pepper, Fenugreek powder,
Asafoetida powder, and Caroway seeds.
We make and eat a lot of spicy dishes, curries, we grow Karapincha bush, (curry leaf), and use the leaves a lot in a variety of dishes when cooking.
Rice and vermicelli comes into our dishes.
There does need to be more Shri Lankan resterante's, and take away shops cooking these wonderful cuisine, and as My father is born and bred in Shri Lanka, he brought us up to appreciate and love this food.
Turmeric is another favourite.

Positives - a wide range of Indian products, prices are genuine, neat and tidy store, excellent customer service - the owner is very friendly, helpful and humble. He doesn’t get into small talk like most Indian grocery shop owners do. This is one of the top reasons I like to shop from this store.
Negatives - The checkout staff is very polite and diligent. But they do not have a lot of knowledge about the products in the store. They direct me to the owner every time I have a question. Hence, it becomes inconvenient when the owner is not around.
Nevertheless, I would highly recommend shopping from this store and I will continue to visit them. 5 stars all the way!

Big store, good variety, especially for South Indian items
Update: There are fresh veggies at the entrance of the store. The chest freezers at the back of the store hold frozen sardines, anchovies and other fish varieties (scaled and gutted)

This is a well stocked Indian grocery store.

Very happy to see an Indian store open up in this area! Very well setup and unlike most stores it has price tags on almost every product. Hopefully they are able to maintain this as well as the clean and inviting setup they have going right now. Good range of products available too. Prices are comparable to the rest of the stores. The owner is jovial too and is helpful. Save us from having to go all the way down to Anzac highway or castle plaza

I personally found it cheaper as compared to other Indian Store, for e.g. Indian Plaza, Namaste Grocery.

Well organised, the products and pricings were displayed appropriately unlike other Indian shops. The layout of the shop floor was neat and clean and were well lit. Shelves were organised. The customer service was excellent, Infact the owner himself approached us offering assistance. Prices were competitive and reasonable. They have a good range of both south and north indian products including religious articles. Very impressed overall.
