They have gone above and beyond to help with everything I’ve asked of them- from needing more time in my original storage shed to facilitating a smaller storage shed while it was needed. The entire team have made every effort to be friendly and professional in every interaction and I can’t recommend them enough.

She is friendly, knowledgeable of the area and followed up with a phone call as promised. The storage facility is clean and tidy with various sized units depending on your needs. The staff were extremely accommodating! We only required a temp storage solution and they were able to offer us something the very day I put a request in. We also needed an extra day to remove our contents and they were happy to allow that without any additional fees. Great team to work with!

Excellent Service and facilities at StoreLocal Nth Rockhampton! Jenni is amazing, making our experience so easy. The access is wide and plenty of room to maneuver a big furniture truck. Also, StoreLocal is easy to navigate to, off the main road. Thank-You Jenni!

Jenni always goes above and beyond with customer service. Even to the point I had to borrow her jack to fix a flat tyre. Always smiling and understanding when dealing with her and is someone I would never forget wherever I will go. The storage facility is always clean and plenty of room, but what makes this business strive is the customer service. Every other business should take a leaf from her 😁

I have been dealing with this storage facility for a number of years. I have always found them very approachable and the staff are willing to go that little bit extra to help if they can.
I highly recommend this facility and I hope to continue to use them for my needs now and in the future.
It is conveniently situated and although I don't live close by it is central enough to suit all needs.

Wow. Can I just say, Wow? I guess I can say it, because I just have, twice, in fact. Leslie and Sarah made my life 15,000% percent better and easier when signing up for storage, and if you think that a 15,000% life improvement isn't possible, you obviously haven't met Leslie and Sarah. The sign up process was a cool afternoon breeze, the facility is of an impeccable quality and cleanliness, and a distinct, warm and cordial atmosphere has coloured my every interaction with Leslie and Sarah.

The service is first class. Lesley and Steven were excellent in helping me move my goods interstate. They understood my needs and made my stay at North Rockhampton easy and care free!!

Service second to none! Staff are happy and helpful and consistently providing excellent service and advice. Convenience of purchasing all packing needs including boxes, tape and locks at the site eased the already stressful task of moving. A big thanks to store manager Luke - Thank you!!

If you have anything to store big or small you can't go past StoreLocal North Rockhampton..The staff are most helpful and friendly.You also have access to your belongings any time of day.I highly recommend them.👍
