Bunnings Rockhampton

Was in Bunnings this morning looking for flooring, Geoff and Jamie were beyond helpful. Geoff helped me math out the area and cut a rather LARGE amount of vinyl. Geoff and Jamie then rolled and taped it up and took it to the timber yard so I wouldn't have to double handle it. Their customer service was above and beyond any I have recently before. Thanks guys.

Friendly staff, I'm not used to friendly staff from living in the UK! It's very refreshing to see chatty, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The amount of stuff I buy from here, I'm sure I must have shares in the company by now. It's a shame I can never find anyone to assist me, and at times I've found someone, they were very condescending.. they got a special order in for me and the check out guy refused to put it through the cash register or allow me to pay for it. Saying it should have been paid at order.. great shop, mostly invisible staff..

Has just about everything you need for a house or garden. Great prices will not be beaten. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable

Always has everything we need as well as great customer service. Everytime we come here for a specific products, it's never been out of stock. This store is always quite clean.

Great Bunnings with two of the most polite, friendly and knowledgeable workers I have found in all the Bunnings I have been in and I have seen a few. If you go to Bunnings Rockhampton look for Wanda (who works at the front service counter) or Jobi (who works around the electrical department) they will most definitely help you as will all the staff there, one of the best stores I have been to.

Big Bunnings, has expanded with lots available as expected from Bunnings, all your hardware, plants and outdoor needs, can build your whole house inside and out here. Also a playground for the kids and coffee to keep you looking.

More likely to find what you are looking for than the Yeppoon sore and for me it about 45 km just to find out what you are looking for like chain saw that I wanted and only to be told that I now need to go up to rockhampton and the one Yeppoon told me that thay didn't have it and now my 90 km trip just because 180 km

Had what I needed at a good price

Plenty of parking, even on busy days. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me to locate the items on my list with a smile. The coffee from the cafeteria was a great reviver too!

Was served by someone called Rick in the paint section, wow he was so helpful accommodating and obviously loves his job. Rick is full of knowledge and information on what you require for the task at hand. Nothing was an issue for him he was very helpful
