I was impressed by the staff and how quick it was for a team member to approach me and ask if I needed assistance, I had the exact item I needed and plenty of helpful advice and was out the door and more than happy with service I received.

I upgraded my stereo head unit in my classic Mercedes CLK320 - right from the start Anders gave expert advise and now that the unit is installed, it was good advise. Sam did an excellent job with the install which was most complicated due to the fact that there are 3 different harnesses for this car. He persevered and got it done. While there during the install - I was introduced to Geoff as I asked for help with my driving light problems which popped up after I replaced the front lights. A auto electrician I approached a day earlier didn't want to know. Geoff a mechanic of 36 knew exactly what the problem was and assisted on the spot. What a great team at Autobarn Rockhampton! Anders, Sam & Geoff - all of you deserve 5 stars! Thank You!

Just purchased a car stereo, had been to Supercheap waited for over 15 minutes for help, ended up walking out & heading to Autobarn where the lovely blonde lady within seconds asked if I needed a hand, within 10 minutes I was walking out with my new car stereo thanking her for her wonderful helpful cheerful customer service, will be going there from now on as the customer service was A1. Will gladly hand over my money to this store

Shopped at Autobarn Rockhampton on the 16th July and had the best service ever. Can't recall the guys name but he assisted to all our car part needs in a very professional and timely manner even with some complexity involved. Very big thumbs up for him and definitely would recommend going there again!

Great work guys keep up the effort, it's part of the reason I choose to shop there over other places as the service is just as good as the supply on hand. Keep it up!

I went to Autobarn today in Rockhampton 16 July 2022 and the ladies that served me were amazing.
Holly was exceptional and was extremely helpful. She certainly has amazing customer service skills and made up paint to match my car.

The lady at the checkout was also lovely and very polite.

All in all a wonderful experience

Autobarn Rockhampton would have to have most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff I've ever dealt with.
Their well stocked store had everything I needed for my head unit installation. As well as some good advice.
Definitely worth the drive from Yeppoon.

Great service and friendly bubbly staff, especially Shelby whom was fantastic!! Shes a keeper!! Quoted us a price and then followed up a few days later. We were back to order the item and will definitely be back again, cant fault their service or products.

Absolutely whent above and beyond for me. They were so helpful and knew what they were talking about. I bought roof racks and they not only fitted them on my car for me but loaded them too!
