The Dog Line

As Colin says in his videos, training your fur baby is the best part of the battle as in where to and where not to go. Can take time but persist. My babies lost mommy to bowel cancer in June and my black Lab went over the rainbow bridge to find her in November. My remaining girl Star doesn't like being alone and kept jumping the fence and follow me to work. Was at my wits end and after doing alot of research decided on The Dog Line. Best decision I made. The Dog Line has been invaluable to me over the last 6 years. I breed Stumpy Tail Cattle Dogs and if it wasn't for my perimeter fence that I purchased from them I would most definitely had Dogs hit by cars on the highway that goes by my place. The team at The Dog Line always go above and beyond for me.

The staff at Dogg line are super helpful and knowledgeable. I have been there a couple of times and have been totally satisfied. The last time I went there, I had an issue (not related to the product or service) and the team provided the solution straightaway. Highly recommended by me and not the dog because now she cannot escape.

We had decided to relocate from the farm we lived on to move into town. We were worried about the adjustment for our dogs especially our Dane/mastiff Hank who had been rehomed as a young dog due to fence jumping and roaming, our other dog a bullarab Chevy had always lived on open spaced farms.
Both are powerful dogs who can be considered “scary” Hank was able to look over the colour bond fence where our neighbour also had a large dog able to do the same.

The installation of the dog line has allowed us to give our boys freedom in their own back yard . They are not able to jump onto the fence they have never tried to leave the yard in the Year & a half of owning our system.

It also gives my elderly bulldog a safe space in the backyard that the large breed dogs are secluded from that he can relax in if he feels they are being to rough or just wants to nap in the sun/shade by himself.

Over Christmas we take our boys to our in-laws home on acreage . We were able to reinstall the fence on their property and had piece of mind our boys were safe and secure if no one was at home.

Our boys learned quickly the perimeter they can access. We are able to take their collars off and the boys still follow the perimeter without them.

The battery’s in their collars are still working after 1 1/2 years I have only just ordered a replacement set incase they do run out

We have had once instance of the line being cut - our box indicated a broke line and we were able to fix the break and reconnect in no time.

It has been worth every cent to know our boys are safe & secure

When we adopted Frankie our English Springer we had trouble with training her to stay away from the gardens and had a fear that she would escape our 1 acre property. When she was inside she kept sneaking to the bedrooms and destroying the kids toys. We purchased a DogWatch Electic Hidden Dog Fence with the Premium Collar as well as the Indoor Disc.

The indoor disc is amazing to aid teaching boundaries and keep Frankie off furniture or away from a room. As soon as she hears the beep, she stops and backs away. It’s rare that she needs an actual correction.
I love the system and strongly recommend getting one. The customer service from The Dog Line Staff is second to none. When I needed a warranty repair they understood the urgency and I had the replacement part within 2 days.
If you are considering a proximity fence, you can’t go past this one. Easy to setup, works amazing and is top quality with a great company.

Shane was so helpful with a barking collar for my mums dog. We put in an enquiry through the website, he rang us the next day and helped us with exactly what we needed. Absolutely flawless customer service.

Dog line fence. Does what it’s supposed to do. We have it surrounding a 20 acre property. Dog only took a day to stay away from the perimeter. Now many times doesn’t require the collar except for when a kangaroo bounces by, so we keep it on.

Good quality product and arrived as described. Measurements are correct and abides by Victorian Dog Act standards and requirements for Dangerous Dogs.

Job done !!! Works quickly and only needed to use it a few days. Our six month old border collie had discovered his voice and decided that we needed to be alerted about anything and everything, and he would go on and on and just bark incessantly. After only a few corrections from the collar he stopped barking, just growled, and sometimes one bark to let us know, and we responded with positive reinforcement investigated what he alerted us to. He now knows that's all he needs to do, and he's not worn it since. Fantastic solution.

This device has worked so quickly with my miniature Cavoodle. Her high pitched barking, is now a low short lived bark/whine instead of running around barking loudly. It has seemed to also quietened her, reduced her anxiety everytime she sees someone walking past the house, with or withut a dog, or a tradesman arriving. She is much calmer. Results started to happen in a few days - I continue to put the collar on every day (has been 2 weeks) to continue to retrain her brain and her barks - so she doesn't fall back into repeating the barking. Highly recommend.

We have been dealing with The Dog Line for well over 10 years and they have helped us out with some brilliant products and excellent advice. We have 2 boxers and live on an acre. People would try and engage their dogs with ours through our fence which then encouraged our dogs to bark and rush to the fence. The perimeter fence and bark collars have stopped this and Rangers have confirmed that they were happy with what we have in place and we feel good that our animals are not upsetting anyone. A bonus of the perimeter fence is that we have also been able to preserve our garden as the dogs liked the odd game of "let's destroy all the retic". We are very grateful for how The Dog Line has helped us with great products and advice and given us peace of mind with our dogs (and garden!).

We were recommended to call The Dog Line by our trainer and we are so glad we did. They were so helpful on the phone, talking us through the options. We decided to rent the training collar and it arrived quickly. In the first 10 minutes, our 7 month old puppy went from barking at everything to being a lot more calm. This has continued and now 4 weeks down the track and she is a different dog. We were very hesitant at the start, however our dog is responding so well and doesn’t even notice the collar is on. Has reduced barking significantly and has caused our dog to be more calm.

We previously had a very cheeky cavoodle which would sneak out of our yard and run across a very busy road. She is very well trained however, when there was an open door/ gate, she would take the opportunity to bolt!

I reached out to Jess at the Dog Line who was incredibly understanding and took the time to call me and discuss the best option for our yard and dog. I purchased the Pet Barrier Fence System. After we installed the system, Molly was very quick to respond to the cues that were given to us in the training schedule. She now reacts to the beeping when she gets close to the fence line and stops before going too far. Molly is still very happy in the yard and runs around as normal.

This system has given us comfort in knowing Molly is safe if a door or gate is left open now and she won't be accidently hurt of worse. Thank you, Jess and team, for being helpful and providing and a great product that was easy to install and very effective.

My 1 year old Bichon (Mozzy) started barking at anything she could see or hear from the veranda after front and side trees were removed. It was becoming so bad we had neighbours complaining. Mozzy has had her collar now for a week now. She is down to just a growl when she sees a car, person, dog or a bird. Totally in awe of the training collar.
