It is very popular in Austrailia, they sales a lot meterial for houses, constructions, anything i you need. The staff are so freindly and kind, the meterials is so high quality, i like this shop

I went here with my partner for painting equipment. We were complete beginners with no knowledge or tools. Had a very sweet and lovely lady named Dai assist us. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us great tips and recommendations. Thank you so so much for making this less intimidating for us.

Went into the store to enquire on some doors I had already purchased online that was waiting for delivery. I needed to add to the order before delivery. Joshua at the trade desk was able to track my online order, help me find the additional doors that I needed and put them aside. He also contacted the couriers to ensure the additional items could be delivered on time.
Joshua was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and ultimately very professional. Joshua is a credit to the store and is to be commended on his customer service.

My review is for the lovely helpful and patient lady working in the paint section today. I wish I could remember her name but she had a badge with paint specialist on it. Not only did she take the time to help me understand the colours I was trying to narrow down but she also saved me $$$. I was going to buy 2 x 4 litres but only needed a little less than 6 so she pointed out some 6 litre tubs on special that I had missed online! Just a super polite and friendly person. :) thanks again

Nice range, well laid out, and clean store only down side is when busy it can be difficult to find help from staff.

Picked up a bargain and the staff member who was busy at the time using a sit on floor cleaning machine still went out of his way to serve me and help me, he gave very good Cust service and I was very happy with my purchase too.

Amazing customer service at this store. A worker by the name of Caleb was extremely helpful at answering my questions about the barbecues. Will definitely be coming back :)

One of my favorite places on earth .....most of the time it's understaffed but that is no reflection on the staff as they are as friendly and as helpful as can be. I enjoy shopping at Bunnings I like the staff and the sausage sizzle

I was after bolts and a lady named emmanuella found me some bolts with in only 5 seconds of asking (isle 6). Surprising cause she looks like she wouldn’t know where bolts are. !!!!! Will definitely be back for some more bolts from
