I was clueless of which laptop I want to look for. There’s actually 4 or 5 staff that came to me and I decided to get help from one of those staffs. Ivan is very helpful as he introduced me a few brand after I told him some requirements I have. In the end I got what I want at a good price. Feel free to look for him if you’re in this outlet.

It's the best JB Hi-Fi store. The staffs are really nice there, especially Walid👏👏😊. He genuinely helped me with everything and any questions I had. He's extremely humble and sweet. Every store should have a staff like him!!

One of the best stores this chain has the customers. The customer service at this store is phenomenal start. got above and beyond the call of duty They are very customer focused. particularly Taylor, she. was just awesome. I. could not believe how well they treat customers. How much trouble they go to actually make sure customers are looked after. If there's anything I would recommend is that all other JB stores. such as Narellan look at this store as where to send their staff for training on how the store should manage.
10/10 for service Taylor. We will drive the extra 20 mins everytime to go to your store before any others.

Caters for most digital technology needs at reasonable, competitive prices. Tech equipment from large TV screens to tiny computers, video games, cables, sound systems and entertainment needs. Layby and other payment methods including gift cards, for that special occasion. If you need anything just give them a phone call.

Amazing service from waled who was serving a few customers while helping me and my wife buy a phone. He was not pushy salesman and really asked abot how we use the phone and was very knowledgeable we even bought google wifi he recommended and we have been loving it. Great work waled

Omg riyaldi(hope I said it right) was beyond amazing so helpful went ahead and even put a screen protector for me. To be very honest wasn't going to buy a phone but I ended up buying coz of him, he's so cute too. For the first time I have seen JB hi Fi staff so proactive coz riyaldi ensured all the customers were attended to because he would go and look for a staff whenever he saw a stranded customer.
That guy needs a pay rise and also put him up as employees of the year.

Friendly customer service, they're very helpful. I ordered my Funko pop! Vinyl from there and they did not have the 1 i want in stock (Nacho Libre) and they went to phone in other stores, managed to locate 1, I came back in two days and now I own a Nacho Libre Pop! Vinyl Mint condition. Very happy with JB Hi-Fi. Thank you team.

Dominic was exceptional in his customer service. From our first contact to the final transaction he displayed nothing less then professionalism, patience in handling all my annoying questions, and his calmness and friendliness after staying back an extra hour to help complete the transaction. The store was tidy, the staff were friendly, and had a staff member ask if they could help me while I was looking at laptops and gave me some assistance

I love that each time I could here, the staff never try to up sell me on stuff I don't need. When I brought my sons tablet, the guy was straight with me and showed one of the cheaper options. Same guy also recommended I don't need to buy the most expensive screen protector today. Just feel comfortable shopping here :)

This JB Hi-fi is amazing! There is a wide selection to each product. It is also one of the only ones that still have a good section of musical equipment, as well as instruments.

I couldn't stop playing their semi acoustic ukuleles with the songs Closer To The Heart by Rush, and a fingerstyle version of Demons by Imagine Dragons.

My husband and I were immediately approached by Ray when he saw us browsing the phones section. He asked what we were interested in and we informed him of the particular phone model. Right away, he guided us to the physical phone model and pulled up the spec details on the computer. He is very knowledgeable, proactive and efficient. Unfortunately, the sale was made under another employee's ID. However, Ray was very helpful - upon final purchase process, he knew where all accessory items were on the shelf (i.e. screen protector and phone cover). Thanks, Ray, for listening to what we wanted and making the process smooth.
