Highly Recommend Mike and his Team. Mike came out to our home and tested thoroughly the leaks around our pool structure. Mike was very professional, He knows his stuff. Ty was amazing with all the works he did to fix our pool from having no more leaks. We were very happy with the price as well. Dropped in to get my tap water tested as I am thinking about getting a pool and wanted to know how much work was going to be needed to get the water right. They were super helpful and gave me a comprehensive report which sets out exactly what I will need to do. They are really knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions on what type of set-up was best. I seriously recommend that it is worth talking to experienced professionals like these before putting a pool in. They were so friendly and helpful I would recommend them even if you are only thinking about getting a pool or spa.

I’ve had Gwelup Poolwerx care for my pool for over 2 years. They are very friendly and efficient. They leave my pool clean, charge a reasonable fee for the work they do and are very reliable. I have even called Mike out on a public holiday when I had a pool disaster. Mike has great knowledge and he is always willing to help. I’m very grateful to have such a great local service. Jenny was extremely helpful, patient and professional when dealing with our pool queries. After having someone else try and resolve issues with our pump/equipment over 4 weeks I gave up and contacted Poolwerks. Pam was fantastic. She got me to send pictures, gave me great advice and ordered a new pump lid for me after determining a crack in it could be the problem.. This fixed it! They have quoted to possibly replace another part and I'll be using them in future. GREAT service.

Our pool pump suddenly stopped working a week before Christmas after a heatwave. I frantically called the store and was told they were booked all week and super busy... but would make every effort to accomadate us and get the pool back up and running. That afternoon they had our new pump instore and the next morning we had it installed. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I cant thank you enough for saving our Christmas, or at least our sanity!
