Very surprised to read the negative reviews on here. Hasn't seen the place before was attracted by the cheaper petrol prices. Ended up getting a drink and decent hot dog that were both very fairly priced and was given very warm and friendly service.

What more can you ask of a convenience store? Keep it up guys.

As someone who grew up in SA, I was thrilled to find out about an OTR opening up near me - It doesn't disappoint!

From my own observations visiting this store: OTR Alphington stock Balfours, Bung Fritz, Golden North Giant Twins (Vanilla AND Iced Coffee flavours!), Arnotts Yoyo biscuits, Farmers Union Iced Coffee/FUIC (& Feel Good Iced Coffee), FruChocs and many more!

My only wish is that they'd consider stocking mettwurst :)

Service is great & always very friendly - Hope many more of these pop up around Melbourne, as the drive-thru feature is so handy as well :)

Great servo, it has almost everything, but that one bloke i wasnt very happy with him bc he put the change on the table instead of my hands. And he was bit rude no hello no goodbye nothing, but overall its a really good servo.

Went specifically here to receive the 20c off/litre current promo. Followed all of the instructions to a tee, won 10c off/litre as an OTR app member and user, however I didn’t realise until I got home, that this appears to be separate to the 20c off promo, so I believe I should’ve received that as well. I spoke with a friendly woman inside who was understanding and cooperative and refunded me the extra 10c off/litre to bring it up to the 20c off, however I believe now I’ve still missed out on another 10c off/litre. Clearly it’s an amateur start, and OTR need to be more clear around the conditions and accuracy of their promotions, and how they are applied, to avoid confusion and leaving unsatisfied

Fantastic to finally have a high-quality Convenience offer in the area. The store is modern, very clean and has a fantastic range at great prices, I look forward to seeing more of these across Melbourne.

Got two coffees here this morning through drive through was fast, friendly and good quality coffee.

Best petrol price in Melbourne at the time I went there. Very clean. Very friendly. I needed to use the bathroom and it was spotless.
