I cannot praise this store enough. I ordered a Seiler piano, sight unseen, to be shipped from Melbourne to the United States. Steve was instrumental in alleviating any concerns I might have had with this endeavor. He was in constant communication with me explaining all steps of getting this piano to me in perfect condition. From the prepping of the piano to the custom crate to the loading onto a ship to make its way to me. He is knowledgeable and I felt that he truly cared about my piano. :) The piano arrived in perfect condition! It is a great instrument at a great price and I highly recommend Austral Piano World!!

Hans was very nice, gave us the time we needed to check out the pianos, the store itself is nice with many pianos to try and the prices are reasonable. The piano arrived in 2 days after I bought, after a week it had some issues, not the stores fault, possibly manufacturer issue but the store tech came out and fixed it really quickly. Couldn't fault him or the owner. Look forward to the tuning.

Amazing service I got from Hans. Ordered a piano over the phone from him that I have never even seen in person at all due to lockdown. He did an amazing service from start to finish. I have chosen twice Austral Piano World located in Melbourne: they offered the best price and outstanding after sales service.
I contacted this company first time 15 years ago while buying entry level Kawai Acoustic Piano.
I have chosen them again recently while upgrading existing piano for the brand new Baby Grand GL20.
I was really impressed this time again. Sales Consultant Mr Steve Bourke spent literately 2 hours in the phone with me. He is professional musician without high press sales tactic. . I discussed with him in detail my health issues related to arthritis in my hand. He suggested the model with "light touch" operation to enjoy pain free playing. He also hired for us highly respected Piano Movers Company and outstanding tuner with 30 Years of experience. The best price of this great piano has completed the picture. If our family, my daughter or my friends ever need new musical instrument, Austral Piano World would be the company of our choice.

I bought a digital piano from here and found Hans to be really helpful. The selection was good (they had all the models I wanted to compare) and let me play as long as I wanted on some of the wonderful refurbished old grand pianos they have in store.

Fantastic service, my electric piano did not work when I got it home and Austral Pianos happily replaced it with a new one, for them to repair and make the faulty one right. Lovely staff.
