Surprisingly good. We needed to get a new fridge because our old one was playing up. There were plenty of new and ex-display fridges and some with tiny dents. We got a great deal and they will deliver it and take the old one.

Wanted to buy a rice cooker, first went to an 'excellent person' store, checked the price, walked in to this Harvey Norman store, found the same item $20 lower! No brainer. Bought this item straightaway.

Had an amazing experience shopping here. The staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are good at recommending the right fit product for your budget/needs. Spacious layout . Price was great- happily negotiated.
Would have been great if they had a baby change facility and an area for kids to sit down.

I didnt imagine a clearance store would have so much stock and so much variety. It feels bigger than the regulsr HNs.

Great place to shop with a large range of goods. Bonus here is you can select from the scratch and dent range. We saved $100.00 for a missing box. The item (a washing machine) was in perfect condition and came with all the warranties you get if you paid for the box too if you follow.
Shout out to Wanda who helped us both over the phone then in person a few hours later.

One thing I was not aware of is that every Harvey Norman store is not linked so if you usually shop in one store your details are not shared with the entire conglomerate.
