The best meat from the butcher ever

As a local resident it's wonderful to have a very well stocked IGA on my door step. My husband and I shop there on a regular basis and appreciate the warm friendly staff, the cleanliness of the store and the large variety of choice in their many departments within the store.
We recently tried their own brand of chicken pie. This was a first for us as we are always sceptical of pies (can't see what's in them!) OMG it was yummy, 30 mins in the oven and you have a lean, succulent chicken pie with a wonderful flaky pastry. A definite addition to my weekly shopping list.

Probably the best Deli section I've seen. They do great Conti Rolls with heaps of filling... I have to get one on Saturday by 11am otherwise they sell out! The homemade sausage rolls are plump, juicy and will fill you up for hours. They also stock bread from Mary St Bakery! Such a good place to hit up when Woolies gets a bit tiring.

What a wonderful store. My first visit here today, i was just in the neighborhood and remembered i needed sugar.
On the face of it, an average suburban IGA, but have a look inside. Grocery shelves were full and neatly faced up. There is an excellent selection of foreign foods, well laid out and reasonably priced. F&V seemed okay, I'm not the best judge. Dairy was well stocked with some favourite brands. And the deli? One of the best i have ever seen. Beautifully presented, a wide selection of food. Better sliced meat than you will see in the big two chains and decent prices as well. Big surprise, there were three staff at the Deli at the same time. No waiting at all.
Checkout was smooth and efficient, thank the Gods of retail for independent stores that still employ real people. Not one of those bloody self serve things anywhere!
You might think I'm laying it on a bit thick, but you would be wrong. Thirty years of supermarket work allows me to appreciate little gems like Beaumaris. I will be back!

Shopping is a pleasure when you have staff that are so polite and always willing to assist you with out having to ask for help.
I wont shop elsewhere because i can always get what i require quickly without delays, without inflated costs as well as never experienced difficulty with parking.. Well done IGA Beaumaris

Open every day from 7.00 till 8.00 and 9.00 on Thursday almost every day of the year. Beaumaris IGA are never too busy to help and when a till gets more than two people waiting they always make a call to open another till.
Prices are generally good with a number of reduced items every week. Milk you can get for $2.00 p 2litres.

Looking forward to hearing how Channel Island Trading’s visit to the store goes this Thursday from 10am. Channel Islands are holding a tasting session for Ice Cream and Clotted Cream which is made here in Devon. Kevin has exclusive rights to sell products from Langage Farm in Plymouth to Australia.

Coles and woolworth cannot compare to the gracefulness of this iga. I love this iga because the lovely and patient workers listened to my rant about my ex wife taking all of my assets. It was a sad time, I am still recovering! Anyways, I love iga

All the staff at my local IGA in Beaumaris are always so helpful and willing to go out of their way to find something if they don't have it. Especially Margaret and Gloria and Lok (I think that is his name) the Asian gentleman who works in Fruit and Vegies is very kind and friendly as well. Annette and all the Deli staff are exceptional too. Annette knows exactly how to slice my ham when I come in as my husband likes it super thin! Thank you to each and every one of you all you do an exceptional job and I don't mind paying maybe slightly more for a product because you are all so nice and it is also local for me. I run a Godfreys shop and work 7 days a week and don't have time to go to the" big" shops, also I wouldn't want to go! Great shop! Silvana

Lovely staff, good quality fresh produce, large assortment of hot food.

Great shop with very nice vegetable and deli counter. Recently renovated and looks nice and modern with a very nicely stocked meat sectoon at the back. Not extremely busy which makes shopping a pleasure.

Easy access, well stocked IGA.

A nice IGA with a very nice deli and meat counter as well as a great resh fruit and begetable section. Gets lots of visitors after work as people try to pick up what tbey need on the way home. You can find most popular brands including some that you can't find in other stores in their International good section. It also has a nice large freezer section and a nice selection of gtesh boxed pizza in their fridge.

I shop here regularly. .never have queue as soon as there are a couple of people waiting they put another casheir on...theyve justbup graded the veg section and the deli

Great IGA with an excellent deli, fresh rolls for lunch and other salads and yummy food!

Kids that work there are always polite and helpful. Veggie man always great. No complaints from me.
