Best Customer Service from Rosetta. She happily measured the garment against the ones I currently own and sent a photo through to ensure I was happy with the extra room in the pants as they were a different style. Only too happy to go the extra effort to ensure my garment would fit and I'd be happy with my purchase. I will definitely shop here again. Thank you Rosetta :)

Popped into the store the other day and grabbed a pair of NYDJ jeans, honestly they are the best fitting jeans I have ever worn! And Robyn was so helpful in helping me decide which colour and size were right for me. Thanks O'Brien's girls!

This place is the best for busy mums! Park right at the front door and race in and out! The staff are incredible, they make you feel like you're the queen. Love the jewellery. Being a country customer, I ordered a dress and bag and it was sent that day. A great family business that knows how to look after their customers. Cannot fault them and have been shopping there for 15 years

I live in Melbourne but ordered a jumper online from O’Briens as my size was out of stock in Victoria. It arrived Express Post within a couple of days even in these days of Australia Post delays. It even came accompanied by a lovely friendly note. I have recommended O’Briens to my cousin who lives in East Perth but was unfamiliar with the store. I will keep an eye on the website too. O'Brien's has not only a fantastic range of Australian and NZ designers, it also has good old fashioned service. Love the latest range of giftware - now there really is something for the whole family!

A great clothing shop for such a small shopping centre. Full of beautiful servicable and just plain different clothing for both men and women. To top it off they were part of the Welwyn Ave Manning fund raiser for WA DISASTER relief run by the South Perth Como CWA.
