My first visit to the new build…. This is state of the art and a lot of thought has been put into it… congratulations and the staff are delightful… both on the phone and in person.
This is such a big improvement to the previous surgery…. The waiting room is spacious and there are lots of consult rooms too.
Michelle, Karen and all the vets and nurses at this practice…. I bet you love this place as much as the clients do!

Today was a sad day for us. It was time to assist our little girl to cross the rainbow bridge. We contacted our local vet (greencross) and advised of our girls condition, basically end of life. We were informed that the earliest they could see her was 6 days away, although she was at that stage. So we shopped around and had heard great reviews about north Richmond vets. We called out of desperation to help our girl. We called and were greeted with the kindest person, Jess. We explained our situation and advised we were a new customer, after explaining the symptoms, Jess advised they would like to see her immediately and said we will have a vet on standby. We arrived approx 40min after the phone call, Jess recognised us before we introduced who we were and immediately directed us to a room. Sadly Chloe’s condition was not treatable and euthanasia was the best option. We went with the advice given. As a first time customer we were treated like a long term customer. All the staff from reception, The Doctor and Vet nurse were amazing. From both of us Roger and Michael we cannot thank you enough for what you did for us today. You have gained us as new customers as well as 3 fury companions.
Anybody looking for genuine care for your pets, North Richmond Vet Hospital is where you need to be.

My experience for the first time here was exceptional.
They managed to squeeze me in on the day and brought my file over from another vet. When I arrived I was brought in pretty much right on time!

The veterinarians I dealt with were super helpful and non judgemental. They offered lots of suggestions for making my senior dog more comfortable, and they didn't force me into any particular decision. They answered all my questions super clearly so I could understand and make well informed decisions.

I will definitely return!

Fantastic vet practice, have been coming here for 7+ years. The new purpose built centre is great. Great staff, which are reflected in the number of people that come here.

Nice people, good with cost and happy with the service and my dog was quite content. Would definitely recommend.

Decided to get a second opinion when I was basically left no option but to put my dog of almost 16 years down and I’m SO glad I did. The North Richmond vet who saw my girl was understanding and so helpful in giving the best options for her. They were able to do day surgery on the same day as my appointment, took excellent care of her, helped me when I needed advice about the medication that evening and the price was 1/5 of what I was previously quoted (they only did what was needed and what would be most worthwhile for my dog given her old age). I’m so grateful for the team at North Richmond vets. All interactions I had and observed while there were so caring. I’m so grateful I still have my little girl and I will definitely be bringing her back here for any future appointments.

Absolutely amazing. Went above and beyond for our girl and babies today. Took us in with little notice, helped us in any way, supported us through the good and the bad, guided us through everything with open arms. So welcoming and let us be involved. Highly recommend going here. (We travelled 2 hours worth the travel) Thankyou to Jess for being so compassionate. To Michelle for the amazing advice and being there for us and taking the time for my daughter as well. Thankyou to everyone else that helped my baby and her babies today. We appreciate all of you!

I can’t recommend North Richmond Vet Hospital enough!! They were absolutely fabulous. The toke my cat in straight away (after hours) after he became unwell. I was so stressed and so upset and every single person from the receptionists to the vet nurses and the vet herself were nothing but caring, compassionate and kind. They toke care of my Billy so well and kept me updated at all times. They also kept me in the loop about cost too. I genuinely left when picking up Billy feeling so happy and that they had done absolutely everything for him. Thank you so much North Richmond Vet Team, you’re all fabulous and I appreciate what you all do!!!

Wonderful and caring vet, staff are just amazing. I had major dental with extractions done on my jack russell and they did an excellent job with a realistic price. I have been coming here for many years and am very happy to be coming back. Thankyou so much.

We aren't even in area for North Richmond vet, but it's worth it for us to drive our fur family there. We know they'll be looked after and their prices are not over the top like other places can be. They work so hard there and really care about the pets. It's a lovely environment.

Fantastic caring vet. I always know my golden retriever is in safe hands when I have to attend this vet. I drive well out of my way for their services. Highly recommend.

Karen was highly recommended to us when my 17 y.o suddenly couldn’t walk. $117 for Consultation, medication, Nutrigel (food substitute until dog is able to eat properly), professional advice = a small price to pay for peace of mind, from a reputable professional, who is renowned for being reliable and extremely trustworthy. Thank you to the entire team for being an absolute blessing to us and our family during this time.

The staff at this veterinary clinic are so wonderful and caring. So happy we decided to make the change. Dr Louise was brilliant with my mastiff who is a big wimp when it comes to visiting the vet. She took the time to calm him and ensure the least amount of stress possible.
Also, the new facilities are amazing!

Such an incredible vet. They really care about your animal no matter what type and show absolute care when treating and explaining things to you. The Vets, Nurses & reception staff do an incredible job. I had to put my pet down and they were so lovely and I even received a card in the mail which was so sweet. Keep doing what you’re doing! Appreciate you all!

Just went for a checkup for my dog staff was very nice the new clinic looks very good and modern they where very quick service and I definitely will be back again

I was attended to immediately, the vet (Jody) was on time, and she was lovely to deal with and very caring and gentle with my GSD puppy while also being happy to answer any questions I had.

I took my kelpie boy Lachie in today to see Dr Emily for a check up and was extremely impressed by her care and service to my boy. She was caring and professional so was her assist. Great job ladies and thank you. I'm glad I have found a trusted vet to look after my kelpies .

A new facility where the staff are so friendly and professional. My little dog was looked after perfectly and my questions all answered.
