I have had the fortunate pleasure of dealing with Rolex Crown on a number of occasions. Every delivery has been handed over with genuine care for the customer through good communication and a true VIP experience collection day.

I must also leave a special commendation for the store manager, Marie. For watch enthusiasts, dealing with someone who shares the same passion for the brand we all know and love makes the experience hard to beat. The level of care she has for her clients is only matched by her fondness for the brand she represents. A true Rolex Ambassador.

My wife had a special birthday and she’d been on a waiting list for a Rolex at another store for 2 years. Marie and her staff were generous with their time, help reselect the watch, sourced the watch quickly and made the purchase and her birthday very special. Got the call!
After a little over 2½ years I collected my Explorer II Polar.

Kennedy Rolex Perth, a fantastic experience.
Champagne, a travel pouch and the magnificent Exp II.

I had been offered the Black dial, however after trying both on I had decided the White dial was the perfect watch and worth waiting for.

Extremely excited to receive my Rolex watch!!! The entire experience from EOI to collection was great. I had great support in deciding the right watch for me, the team provided updates along the way and got offered a couple of alternatives that were similar to what I liked.

Marie has exceptional customer service, she was a pleasure to deal with. Although they have very minimal stock on hand to purchase, she went above and beyond to try and secure the watch we are wanting. A very pleasurable experience.

I have been a fairly regular visitor to the store over the past 10 months after placing an EOI on a Rolex Milgauss as a first-time customer. Each time Marie and Jared displayed exemplary customer service and are some of the most genuine and friendly people I've met in a store environment, period. This came as an extremely pleasant surprise after trying to list an EOI at another Perth store and being told to buy at least another unrelated watch before even being considered - which I hear unfortunately become the norm in watch sales these days. It's so refreshing to see that Kennedy are actively trying to change this!

Marie especially was a massive help in terms of making my Rolex dream for my 40th a reality; and I was overjoyed when I received the call last week to say my stunning Milgauss Z-Blue had come in.
