This is not my first watch purchase with Kennedy Crown in Perth and will not be my last!

The team is so welcoming and professional, they offer advice and insight while removing the "you must buy" pressure.

I have been served by several team members over the years and each and every one of the team here have the same ethics and culture.

My recent purchase was with Miteka helping me choose between several pieces, I ultimately took his advice and purchased the IWC Chronograph 41 Pilots watch a Holy Grail of mine.

The team looked after us and made the process enjoyable while bringing in a personal touch making some genuine conversations and not just small talk while we pushed the transaction through.

They treat everyone with respect and integrity and go above and beyond to make sure that the watch you have on your wrist is right for you.

This is the fist time I have been at a boutique where you don't feel the pressures of the sale.

I had a great experience at the Tudor Boutique Crown Perth the was absolutely wonderful cust and let me try on any watch I wanted!, I will be getting myself a Tudor instead of Rolex, the customer service wasn’t good at Rolex it felt like I was wasting their time, but at Tudor the customer service was absolutely amazing Im definitely getting a Tudor instead of a Rolex hands down

Kennedy has a great selection, a lot of brands to choose from, but ultimately, it was the boutique’s customer service that made my experience stand out. I had a great experience offered by Marie, Jo, Sid and Federica last year. The watches boutique in my mind is only Kennedy. Therefore, last weekend, I decided to visit the Kennedy Crown in Perth to see what they had to offer, as I decided to buy a watch as a gift for my wife birthday.
The staff at Kennedy are very friendly as usual. They are gorgeous and professional. Had a long chat with Sid, he is polite and knowledgeable, he knows watches too. I ended up bought a IWC pilot watch and my wife loves it, thank you Sid, thank you Kennedy.
I have been to the reputed luxury watches boutiques/authorised dealers across Asia-Pacific region. Establish a long-term relationship with customer is important and Kennedy has got it. Hence I'll vote Kennedy Perth as my only choice to shop for my next watches.

Great experience buying my Rolex Oyster Perpetual 39 from Kennedy's.
Sales assistant by the name of Oliver assisted me when I was in store, through they did not have the model I had requested for which was the rhodium dial, he noted my interest and was able to procure me the piece from Kennedy's over East.

Needless to say, one happy phone call a few days later i found myself heading over to Kennedy's with the other half to collect a beautiful piece that we could not be happier with. A 5 star buying experience overall and a sneaky glass of champagne it was well worth the short wait and a couple of trips to Crown.

Nestled inside the Crown, the store sits opposite to the Casino entrance. The store itself had a great collection of IWCs, Tudors, Zenith, Longines and Omegas and is an authorised dealer to most luxury brands.

The staff, especially Michael A, was courteous, engaging and remembered my name even when I went the following day. Generally speaking, the staff were great and helpful with good knowledge and a genuine interest in helping customers.
End result, got myself a fantastic timepiece and they got a happy client!

Had the pleasure of visiting Kennedy Crown and Rolex boutique several time and it was always a good experience. We were there last month with intention of window shopping (only) yet ended up walking out with a beautiful Tudor timepiece. I was helped with Inna who provide a good feedback and for one of the manager Carina who pop up and greet me is a nice gesture. The whole Kennedy team is just accommodating and I'd say do not hesitate to visit them your next timepiece.

It's always been a wonderful experience every time I visit the store since 2 years a go. I always feel welcome at the store with the teams, especially during my recent visit to the boutique. Ljiljana handle my request professionally and prompt response to my email. This really the only dedicated stand-alone Rolex AD store around and I fully recommend it to anyone looking for any other watches or jewelry to visit this Boutique at least once to feel the experience.

Exceptional service. We bought a Tudor and an Omega watch from this place.
