The very helpful assistant Sue Smith put a mirror aside for me (last one in the shop) so I didn't miss out on the fantastic saving ! Sue always goes above & beyond with her customer service and also has a good eye for interior design ideas. Definitely an asset to this store !

Love this Adair’s store. Being the biggest they had a lot more stock than other stores. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed so I really enjoyed browsing. Donna was lovely and super helpful. Ended up spending a lot more than I anticipated but so very happy with my purchases. My bedroom and living room looks amazing.

I shop at this Adair’s store more often than other locations, and find their sales team consistently good. On a couple of occasions I’ve had to return or exchange items, and their staff were understanding, easy to deal with and helpful. They also have a good range of products.

Had a lovely experience shopping here today, very helpful and friendly service, beautifully presented store, Donna was more than willing to locate the cushions I wanted from other stores , she also helped me put together a throw and cushions to complement my decor .Thank you for your help today.

I was recently searching for a pillow top mattress protector for a queen size bed. I called Adairs in Osbourne park and located one there. The staff were amazing and really helpful in making the best choice for our bed. I really appreciated their great sense of humour and professionalism. My wife and I will definately be going back again. We have had the best nights sleep on our new down town memory fibre protector...
