Kitchen Warehouse Osborne Park

Great experience with this store and the staff. Returned a SMEG coffee machine that had broken down just 3 weeks short of the warranty expiry and was given a replacement easily and pleasantly. (Fortunately I had managed to keep the receipt for once!) Lots of friendly banter going on at the counter between staff and customers – nice. The store looks fantastic after a remodel since I had last been there. I will be back for sure.

Love this store! Great selection of quality kitchen, dining, cooking gear. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love click and collect knowing the stock is in-store and ready for pick-up usually within an hour of order.

I was blown away by the customer service at Kitchen Warehouse in Osborne Park (WA) today. I went in to buy a coffee machine and although the store was busy I was shown 5 class service by the staff. The lovely lady that served me was even forth coming with the price matching before I asked. I will go out of my way to shop here over David Jones and Myer in the future. Oh, and I LOVE my new coffee machine!

I got a bundle of gift cards for father's day and my birthday so bought up big today

New wok and chopping board plus my first cast iron skillet

One of the gift cards wouldn't go through but thankfully Leanne was there to save the day.

Leanne thinks that when my son bought the gift card the staff member didn't process it properly so it never registered on their system

However she honoured it which was brilliant

I came into kitchen warehouse to grab a few last minute baking tools and Drina was amazing! She was so kind and helpful, she really took the time out to walk us through the different products that we might need. We will definitely be back to this location!

I recently visited Kitchen Warehouse and was thoroughly impressed with the selection of kitchen products and appliances on offer. The store is large and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations based on my needs. They were also patient and didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase, which I really appreciated.

The prices at Kitchen Warehouse are also very competitive, and they often have sales and discounts on various products. I ended up finding some great deals on pots and pans, as well as a high-quality blender that was on sale.

Overall, I would give Kitchen Warehouse a strong 5 stars. It's a great place to shop for all your kitchen needs, and the excellent customer service is an added bonus.

The new store looks amazing and I was greeted by a new staff member straight away, who was very excited and bubbly, who said it was her first day she couldn’t do enough to help me and had so much knowledge for a new member, she got me exactly what I needed and stuff I wasn’t planning on getting, but I am leaving a review, cause I have never been so impressed with the customer service at this store before! Great upgrade and great hire, she didn’t have a name badge on, so I couldn’t tell you who was was, but A+++ for service!

Incredibly broad range of kitchen supplies for the home cook / chef, the staff are very knowledgeable on the products, all super friendly and helpful and not too pushy, also check out this cool pickle claw you can get for like $4, just click the top down and this claw comes out the bottom it's crazy!!

The manager at the Osborne Park store was lovely. She went out of her way to offer me a discount after there was a misunderstanding over the phone on a discount voucher and a kitchen appliance. The voucher didn’t apply to this item and a staff member advised otherwise. Thank you, very understanding. Tried my new Soda Stream and love it!

Excellent service and helped with a product for my project which did not work out, they refunded the price without any issue.

Blown away with how good the service was when we went in today. Staff went above and beyond to help us select the best products for our needs. Their product knowledge was very impressive, we received a thorough explanation of each recommendation, and we never felt pressured to spend more than we wanted. We both left having gained a lot of knowledge, and even a few cooking tips to try out with our new items!

I wanted to thank Paul at Osborne Park for great service sorting out a problem with some Scanpan Coppernox which had had not performed as expected. He gave me a refund which allowed me to buy a more suitable product. Happy customer who will return.

Great store if you are into a well stocked kitten with tools just like a well stocked shed.

The staff are what really make this store, they are extremely helpful. If it's not in store and in their online store you can 'click & collect' and pick it up from the store the next day.

Staff are always helpful! They have a wide range of kitchen ware. Click and collect makes it easy to pick up what you want too! Prices are comparable to Amazon etc. They have good sales too
