We have had excellent service from the staff at Lovers Canning Vale store. ALSO fantastic service from Mono Flex, Nicholas Martin as a toy was faulty after almostt 2 yrs, it has a 15yr guarantee, on confirming I owned it they sent a replacement one within 3 days. The staff were also prompt in giving us effective assistance in this matter. HIGHLY Recommended.

Usually are goto store out of all adult shops. Always have a great experience with Amanda, made to feel super comfortable with no awkwardness. Also had good experience with young guy (tall with black long hair) name might have been Riley. Would highly recommend.

Great store friendly staff but need to update the opening hours was hoping to get in before I picked my husband up so got there for 9am and waited and the staff member had not opened the store after rocking up at 9am on the dot, please update it to 9 30 or 10am when you guys actually open shop for customers please🙏

Great friendly staff and very helpful with all my questions and enquires. No judgemental attitudes and very easily to understand what all of their products do and staff give great advice on what probably is best suited for your wants needs desires etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Just tried to go into the shop. It's 6.20pm on a Saturday. Sign says open but doors are locked. Tried calling but no answer. Get back in the car and see the useless sales girl staring out the door. As I was driving out she opened the door.

Guess this store doesn't actually want customers or money.

Bought a harness online that was such bad quality it was unusable. Went to the store to try to exchange for something higher quality that worked and they refused to let me swap it even though it was never used. Would not shop here again
