We, wife and self, received best customer service from young attentive workers to get what we need swiftly and promptly, even when my lady desperately wanted an out of stock outdoor furniture but one in the display, promptly Alex and his young fellow called their understanding manager who kindly responded by letting them to help with buying and carrying the pre-assembled chairs and table to our ute in a matter of minutes; it was the smoothest transaction we've ever experienced so far.

No exaggeration, go there and find out yourself and experience the best empathy ever.

Not a fan of Wesfarmers and their billion dollar bungles with sausage sizzle, service overpricing - gouging is a better descriptor and average stock and inventory software - but staff generally very friendly and helpful - still new - even though employer is generally at the bottom of the scale ONE EXCEPTION - dude in coffee shop had his head up his own butt - seriously better hospitality and service asking about nails then paying $12 f with free bad vibe attitude and listening to him and the girls socialize - no manners ‘mate’ - I hope he gets another job as a prison guard soon as it seems a better fit - killed the croissant too ! Weak coffee - seriously bunnings - employ hospitality experience or ditch the coffee shop

We went to spend some money with the Easter bunny but he was too busy doing his doe. We were there for hours so bought some flowers and then we were happy to go. 🤠. Great staff and the best Store

I would like to recommend this store specially the staff is very courteous and helpful specially a young men name Mateo always with a smile in his face and willing to do a bit extra for your satisfaction Happy New Year to everyone there

Generally I never leave Bunnings Leppington without something. But what a nice gesture on Fathers Day receiving a free coffee and a plastic storage box full of goodies. I can see a good use for that box! Good job Bunnings!

Great customer service. Never had any dramas coming here. Probably the best Bunnings I’ve been to.

Today my tap mixer kit screw fell out. I had no idea so trying to fix it by gluing back on with a glue gun which was a failure. Well don’t know anything about plumbing so I decided to go to my favourite good old Bunnings particularly Leppington because the customer service is always excellent here.

The old man working there (didn’t ask for his name to thank him properly) knew exactly what I was on about and told me to get the spare kit and explained to me thorough how to fix it.

Went home had a few attempts and boy… saved me from calling the plumbing guy and pay top 💰.

Otherwise would’ve been something would be bothering for days as I can’t get my dishes washed until the plumber comes.

I’m happy the service they provide here together with the knowledge they have.

Great place to shop lots of stock and variety of goods.

Purchased a toilet, they were well set up so you could inspect each toilet and based on their merits we picked one. Cheers

Not just your average Bunnings, there is no parking quarrel or any rude customer service. Their flowers and crops are in mint condition, and the tools always are in stock.

Top notch service. Staff are so kind and helpful. Always greets you with a smile. I bought 4 bags of 70L mulch 2 days ago, and the staff offered to help me load it to my car. She is exceptional.

Classic Bunnings always a go to for almost anything you may need for your house or for work amazing quality and can’t forget to mention the amazing service and extremely nice and hard working staff every time I need anything it’s always the go to place last time I needed to grab a few stuff for work I looked for the items I needed for a while and couldn’t find all of them a staff member approached me and asked if I needed any help I told him what I was looking for and he spent close to one hour trying to help me find what I was looking for however he still couldn’t find it even after he called for multiple other staff members for help but he was still very nice and looked up what other Bunnings has the items that I needed and after a while of searching for what I needed I finally found it I am extremely impressed with how nice and hardworking almost all the staff at Bunnings are and they are always ready to help no matter what and I am very thankful for all the help they offered me to find the items I needed thank you Bunnings I will definitely be coming back near New Years to have my home equipped and ready for a massive New Years party and I almost forgot to mention the sausage sizzle is amazing and always a 10 out of 10 I smashed 5 last time I went 🔥🔥

Staffs are friendly. We went here to buy some moving boxes, tape guns and tapes. They had what we needed which was awesome. The quality of the boxes 📦 is on point! 👌🏾 very strong and resilient I love it! I even fit my big microwave in one of the big boxes.

One of the best bunnings I have ever been to and the credit goes to their staff.
All the staff I interacted with were super helpful and so knowledgeable which is actually very rare these days.

I took my dad to Bunnings Leppington today, we had two dogs on leads and they were very welcoming and helpful. We needed rat traps and they opened the sealed off aisle to help us.
My dad talks a fair bit to all of the staff there, he's there a lot 👍. Thanks for the help
