Have always found the online ordering easy to use and never had any issues. This year I had one small error in one of my orders - my email was responded to promptly, issue rectified and a refund made all within a few days. I've rarely had such good service when dealing with online orders these days.

very fast service. i just walked in off the street at about 3pm, showed them the items from the booklist that i needed, the whole process took no more than 15minutes. fyi you will need your students school email address. not busy at all.

Friendly staff. When I visited it, it was to collect school materials for my daughter. Some families leave it for the last minute, just before the term to resume. The place was packed with a line of people to collect materials...

We have ordered through Campion for the last few years and have not had any negative experiences.

I would normally order my child’s school books online but this year I had a gift voucher that needed to be used in store so off I went not sure what to expect.
Pleasantly surprised.
The modern building with parking out front was easy to find.
I was served quickly by the cashier and my order taken. I was told it would be about a 15 minute wait to get my order. Less than 5 minutes later I had my order and was out the door. Very efficient.

Friendly, professional staff doing their best in difficult conditions, e.g. Aus postage delays, covid requirements etc. My families' experience of this store has only been good. If you want your book early, pick them up from the store in Nov or early Dec - no queues, and fast service.

Had bad experience but it's the system not the staff fault spend 3hours waiting and half an hour inside. Definitely they shout get a click and collect will make life easy.

I was in the queue waiting to get in. A young girl came up to me with a board to order or something but as I am deaf I said I can’t hear you I need to lipread you but mask on? So she mumbled something then walked off. She came back with another young girl and both of them ushered me inside and used paper and pen to communicate with me. The 2nd girl directed me to another girl behind the counter and ensured that I will be taken care off when calling out orders as I cannot hear and can’t Lipread with masks on. I really appreciated the personal support and service to ensure I got the items I needed and without having to risk anybody by taking masks off. Hats off to the three young ladies today. One of them was named Ava, sorry I didn’t get the other two names but I thank you three so much for your assistance today. Well done!

Friendly helpful service and very quick. I can only assume that the number of negative reviews could be attributed to visiting during peak times or days before school starts when the store would be the most busy. Prior preparation and planning prevents p!55 poor performance. :-)

Quick good polite service and the wait wasn't too long.

Better experience this time around it was very efficient and more parking. Lovely young lady behind counter helped me with my boxes to my car which was very appreciated. Handy hint if you have cash you get through the line faster.

Much more pleasant than I imagined! The lady that helped us place our order was so helpful and efficient. Our waiting time was not long at all.

OMG ....what a brilliant set up, I’ve been getting my grandchildren’s books for the past 5 years at different places ..it was always so stressful....Campion has made my life so easy this year ....it’s an amazing set up ...they do it all for you ....and the customer service was wonderful....great staff friendly and very helpful....best set up I’ve come across in 40 years ...well done and a very BIG thank you to the wonderful staff at Malaga 😊

Standing in queue. Staff amazing. So well organised. Im a last minute change of subject. But why so many last minute shopping and not bring their booklets. Well done staff for organising these people do well.

A good place to buy books for your children. The staffs are so cooperative, the location is easy to reach. Will be back next year for my kids books 👍🏼

Not the cheapest place to get your School items but is the most convenient.... whole book list under 1 roof and done for you.... we were in and out with in 20 mins max in their busiest time😁
