I ordered a balloon in a box and some alcohol and chocolates as a congrats gift for my sister.
I am based in Ireland so I am conscious of the time difference etc if there are problems with the order or difficulty with delivery.
However, there was no need to be concerned. There was a tiny issue with the delivery but the company rectified the problem and the order was successfully delivered!
The customer service was outstanding.
The presentation of the gift was so cute (the little balloons on the lid was a very nice touch) and my sister was thrilled!
I will definitely use the company again and I would highly recommend them for overseas people looking to surprise a loved one abroad.

Exceeded my expectations, my daughter was excited with her birthday surprise balloon arrangement. Quickly and efficiently delivered with no issues. My friend organised this for me and it typically was high but we pulled it down when we had our photos …..I loved it! The balloon and design were perfect ……a few days shy of four weeks the balloon is still floating …..about shoulder height now…..amazing, highly recommend!!!!

Placed a freaking out emergency SOS call today thinking that I was too late for balloons to be delivered, but, and im sorry I forgot your name, a lovely lady went over and above to help me out. It was the most lovely gesture, she did not have to go so over and above as it was on me for leaving it so late.
