Woolworths Spring Farm

Like usual, I was able to get what I needed, however, I had a good chat with Reece at the self-serve checkout. Although it was a short encounter, a high-level of customer service was still displayed (which is impressive considering old mate was probably standing on his feet for a couple hours)

Best Woolworths I have ever been to! Disability parking out the front, disability specific trolley that accommodates adults, as well there are wheelchair trolleys that attach to an individual wheelchair.
The staff are amazing. So friendly, caring and helpful.
The store is clean, tidy and free from any obstructions.
The produce is clean and fresh.

I love coming here and spending my money simple things that I don't usually get like a baguette or a pineapple. I love trying new things and they have so much to choose

This store is where I usually shop, the staff are always amazing, they are very helpful and happy to assist with enquiries and they are always lovely to my 4 year old daughter.

Absolutely fantastic staff and customer service. Always a friendly place to shop with a wide range of excellent produce and staff who are willing to go the extra mile to help you leave with what you need. Situated near a return and earn, it's a super handy place to get groceries

It is really a big, nice (and new) Woolies. I had a nice chat with the lady from the deli section who showed me what she prepares one of the items and how she does it. This goes way beyond customer service and made me really feel welcome.

Xmas Eve I had done shopping and was purchasing liquor and there was an incident with a very abusive customer. I just have to tell you how impressed I was with Brittany and the other 2 girls behind the counter. Brittany spoke to this abusive woman with complete and utter respect and calmness even though this woman was swearing like a madman. All 3 girls handled themselves so professional. Great customer service.

It's big and amazing! the people there are so kind and helpful awesome people at service and deli!!! And the range is bigger then camden ..the deli food looks fresh unlike most woolworths and 99% i can find everything I want ...well done you guys!!!!

Really happy have recently had a abscess on my groan removed and due to the new hours and long line ups they were great got me a seat so i didnt have to stand offered to help shop for me and let me in faster knowing i was in a alot of pain

Love this store. Seven minutes from home. Best staff with Danny as the best manager. Definetly the best store in the Camden/Narellan area. Have been going there from the very beginning. Woolworths need to use this store as the example to show all the others how a supermarket should be. We are treated like family. Keep up the fantasic work Spring Farm Woolies. Had shopped at the opposition for quite a few years until this store opened. But it is not the store or specials that keep me coming back it is the love of the staff.

I have a 8 week old baby and every time I have gone there the staff have always offered to help me which is a huge help when trying to get shopping done with a baby.

Woolworths Spring Farm is ideal for easy shopping good products good staff very clean. Plus great parking, now has covered parking for all.

Store is always clean, staff are cheerful and friendly and Woolies stocks the groceries I like. Can't ask for more.
