Bunnings Innaloo

Great service from Shanae on 22 April at the Key cutting and Info desk. Cut some keys for me, helped me find the batteries and glue and served several other people while my key was being cut in the machine. Friendly, polite and helpful.

A wide range of plants and garden ideas on offer, with native plant tubestock available for a decent price. Helpful friendly staff.

Just had the most amazing experience in your store. I was served by a lovely and incredibly helpful young lady called Bridget. Her product knowledge and customer service was absolutely first class - I managed to find everything I was looking for. Thanks Bridget x

Got my barbecue from Bunnings and still using it after many years.

Always have everything I need when I go there. I find most Bunnings staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their coffee is pretty good, considering it's a hardware store!!

Shout-out to Olivia and Remy on front registers (RO2) at 1pm today 31/10 for outstanding service.
Remy even assisted me with my trolley to the car, and returned the trolley for me.
Both were wonderful to be served by on a busy day!

Excellent helpful staff. Great advice for instal gyrock sheet. Bunnings didn't have the smaller size so he cut the larger sheet for me so it would fit in my car. Yes paid for the larger sheet which was actually cheaper than the smaller sheet😳

This time disappointed with the service provided, with the wrong product being handed over and no receipt being provided. The staff appeared more interested in looking towards cleaning up after the sausage sizzle than paying attention to what the customers were seeking. This was the second occasion a lack of awareness occurred which had to be brought back from Bridgetown, and eventually, we ended up using a product we did not want.
