I think these guys are great one of the last real health food stores in Perth the 2 female naturopath have always been helpful.

Bought my first pre-workout here, the male staffs were really nice and knowledgable, will come back here again.

I had a lot of help from Charles he is Burmese and a lovely 😍 👌 👍 🥰 ☺ 😙 man. When I went to return a product the manager was slightly rude and unfriendly and I'm still waiting for my refund to go back into my account, it should by today or tomorrow as it would have been 3 working days since returning my product (this is normal as they are with a different bank, Westpac and I'm currently with ANZ. A good bank to bank with is Macquarie Bank, and as soon as I get my Macquarie Bank Card I will be closing down my ANZ account/s). Charles was lovely 😍 👌 👍 🥰 ☺ GREAT SERVICE FROM CHARLES. I have just read the 1 star reviews and disagree 100%. My wife and I have been shopping at this store for many years and have found all staff and the owner/ manager in particular very helpful and polite. The majority of the staff are qualified naturopaths with a wealth of knowledge. The prices are on par with every other retail outlet and frequently similar to online prices with postage.

I’ve just been reading the negative reviews and came here to share that I disagree completely. I have been to this store multiple times over the years and travel a distance to come to this store because of the great service and wide range of products. I find the staff very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Have been through here a number of times and the staff are all super helpful. They explain all the technical stuff in easy to understand language rather than when you go to a traditional gym supplement store. Also, they don't make any products themselves so they aren't pushing you to their own brands unknowingly

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. As a repeat customer,I know, some products are only available by referral from a health practitioner which can be a little frustrating. Not all supplements will be good for your situation and the staff will provide excellent advice on this.
