Great place. Great variety of books, always gets the popular books in first although i wish they got the Bunny Vs Monkey series in a bit quicker.

I got on here for one reason only - to leave a 10 star review for George, who served me today.

The store itself is lovely, has a great selection, at fine prices, but it was George's friendly, knowledgeable, engaging service that made me take the time to leave a review; it's service like that which brings customers back, again and again.

Very nice and friendly staff.

It was very good to see a lot of customers in store especially with the likes of big companies like Amazon being around stealing a lot of thunder.

Each time I ask for help here, the staff have been attentive and had a conversation surrounding my purchase and other books I may like.

Not a huge shop, but really well stocked with a good range. Staff are helpful and do love books. It's a nice place to browse.

The woman at the counter was beyond helpful. She wasn't simply trying to get me to buy things, she genuinely wanted to find the perfect book for my situation.

Amazing customer service, easy to find books

A new interstate arrival into Perth and in mandatory isolation re COVID-19 I needed a new book to help pass the time. I wanted a new author. Then came my luck phoning to Dymocks and getting staff member Thomas Roberts. . He recommended an author to me and I must say I am just delighted with his choice. Suits me exactly. I go in regularly and they are always so quick to drop everything and help me. I had one lady yesterday, I had no idea the name of the book or author but only knew the author was a swimmer in the motivational section. The lady then led me to the exact book I was after without further question. I was very appreciative and impressed!!

Fantastic selection of books for all age groups and criteria. If they don't have it.. Order it in. The staff are knowledgeable and accommodating.

More than adequate range of books to select from. Organised sensibly which makes locating texts very simple. Staff are helpful and resourceful.

Found some good quality origami paper. Best to call them before heading down to check on stock.
