Truly the best service. Bought ac online to pick up, called at opening time to check it was there and it was waiting for me on a trolley ready to go .Irina was the loveliest helpful person ever. Highly recommend Bunnings Pt Stephens. Definitely worth the hour's drive.

Purchased a wheelbarrow today that was difficult to fit in my vehicle. Staff were really helpful, particularly a young bloke named Ben who went out of his way to help us get it loaded. Great service!

I love Bunnings usually as I refer to it as MECCA like a place of worship. Just yesterday getting the keys to my new house/clinic for my centre of creativity and healing. I needed help with paint for the not so great steps and front area with concrete. One thing lead to another before long she was helping me with all the bits and pieces that I needed for a great start to my new chapter in the BAY! Plus she made sure it was the lowest price point. Then Donna went further to suggest signing onto power pass! All the years I have been shopping at Bunnings, no one has suggested that would be great bonus with discounts for practitioners and such! I saved over $100 on my shop. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service! Highly recommend her as a personal shopper in the store if you are in need of advice & assistance. She is a gem 💎! There should be more like her with such great practical knowledge and product advice. Will be popping in for more visits in the near future. ThankQ so much for your help! Can’t wait to make my new house/clinic my home.

Small bunnings store compared to others further afield but has most things you would need for DIY & garden activities. Staff are really nice, friendly and helpful!

Well I’ve always like bunnies and I’m there nearly every third day picking up one thing or another what I found really good was across the road from bunnies in a tree was a little polar bear how cute I’ve taken a couple of photos and if you get a chance cool into Bunnings or go across and have a little Kuuala bear thank you from MWH

My partner and I were looking for a plant to commemorate our loved pet. Justin in the garden section served us and he was so lovely, it was very much appreciated in our moment of sadness.

I was at Bunnings Taylor’s Beach today around 6pm and looking for shelving racks I was assisted by a female Bunnings staff name Christina she was so helpful and patient too and full of knowledge on the product itself there should be more Christina’s and Mignon another’s customer service person at the kitchen Reno section, these two ladies should be congratulated for a job well done. 5 stars 👍👏

I when to Bunnings today for a small purchase, return to my Ute to leave, reversed up then the gear lever disconnected, there I was stuck anable to move.
The Bunnings staff very helpful, moved the ute to a safe spot.
Called NRMA to help me and he was already at Bunnings Shopping, parked about 10 cars away. I got fixed and on my way.
Perfect place to break down!!

Got everything I wanted, had a coffee and scones in the cafe while my granddaughter played in the play area, did a beautiful painting and had her face painted. Nana, Mum and child all happy. Also grabbed a sausage for the little one on our way out
