Todd and all his team were extremely professional from the very first day of discussing our flooring needs. They ripped up our old carpet, underlay and completed laying the new underlay, carpet, and hybrid flooring within a day. They left our property clean and tidy afterwards. I am very happy with the professional service I received from Nelson Bay Carpet Court.
It took me a while to decide on my flooring and Todd and the staff were very patient and helpful. After deciding on vinyl floorboards, the 2 chaps who did the job were extremely helpful and professional in the laying of the floor.

Can’t fault the Carpet Court team! They were extremely efficient! Listened to what we wanted, made a great recommendation based on that and did not try to sell us overpriced carpet. Was quoted $3.5k from another place who said I would not get carpet any cheaper, went to carpet court and was quoted $1.5k!

Congratulations to tod and the entire staff at carpet court, very professional attitude when dealing with customers. Each staff member we spoke with was extremely knowledgable about the different flooring products we looked at. Great service all round. Even during lockdown the team worked extremely hard to find us the right carpet. Once selected the carpet layers came and installed carpet to the three bedrooms and it looks absolutely perfect. We were on a tight schedule and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Todd

Todd and the team were so helpful and professional . Ours was not an easy job as it involved other trades but Todd was always happy to work around them and even fix their mistakes for no charge . I would thoroughly recommend them if you need any type of flooring

we had 3 bedrooms hall dining and robes re carpeted by carpet court Taylor's beach, the guys were very professional,friendly and quick in doing the job right they even helped with putting back some of the furniture they gave us some good tips on maintaining the carpet. i couldn't recommend them highly enough if you need new carpet go and visit carpet court you wont be disappointed i give them 10/10 top job thank you........
