We would recommend Choices Flooring Port Stephens. Lauren who came to measure was punctual and helpful the carpet layers Phil and Joe were punctual and friendly also helped us put our furniture back, nothing was a problem. Great job.

I am putting some new flooring in my kitchen and have been dealing with Robert who has been extremely helpful right from the beginning explaining the product through to ordering my flooring. Provided a quotation within minutes from requesting a quotation. Of course you would use this company to purchase your flooring. Service is everything these days I would give him 20 stars if I could.

Carpet quote and service, plus installation, from the beginning was streamlined, professional and always kept in the loop with communication. Ian from Port Stephens flooring was fantastic in suggesting the colour and type of flooring for a unit on the coast. The quote was exceptionally reasonable. The installers, Phil and crew were polite and helpful - and the job was fantatstic. Thank you very much - so lovely seeing great service is still around.

Just had our flooring finished by the guys from choices flooring and have to say they look amazing.. Thanks to Ian and the staff who certainly looked after us and allowing us to take many samples home to ensure we made the right selection.

We have used this company on several occasions. We appreciate the work they do and the latest layers they used Deb & Brett were amazing. Our communication with Deb is why we keep going back. She is awesome, helpful and a true asset to the company. Thanks Deb :)

Very poor service. We went in there first and were completely ignored by the two female workers talking, so we went to another carpet place. Unfortunately we went back to Choices Flooring as we knew the guy and thought we would be looked after. Not so. We placed our order and was told it would arrive in a week or so. After two weeks when we had not heard anything, decided to call them and check. Female worker says "oh yes that's here - out the back". We like what we bought but one box was completely squashed and had to be replaced. Same thing - we had to call to find out if it had arrived when we didn't hear anything. Would not go back there.
