Mikalaya was absolutely awsome!! Bestest customer service ever! She went over and above to help me replace a shirt for my daughter after a little artist drew on it. Can't thank her enough! Ghanda she is gold!!

Really nice clothing and a large variety of patterns and fits. Clothes are good quality and don’t feel cheap. Customer service is also really good as the employees treat you and each other with respect.

Bought a nice shacket. Problem was with quality control. One cuff was bigger than the other. I was offered a refund as the item was faulty but the others in store were the same so I ended up taking it to the tailor who made the button hole bigger. But not much difference as it was the cuff itself that was the problem. Won't shop here again

Front of the store was nice, but the second you get to the kids clothes it is like a bomb has gone off. The boys clothing is atrocious, I had to ask for help to find what I was looking for in the massive pile.
Oh, but the girls clothing was absolutely beautifully folded, so it's not a lack of training. There were 3 staff on the floor, 2 talking to each other in the one spot, the 3rd was in the same area.

The customer service was bad. When l walked in, there was so many staff but no greeting or anything. Needed to use the changing room and one of them was in the way. She looked at me and went back to using her phone until l got so close to her and then she moved. Same thing again when l came out of the changing room. One of them later came to check on how l was going but that was after all the attitudes. Not happy, considering that l’m a regular customer there.

-Have to give your e-mail adress to get the receipt, I said no thanks I prefer the paper version as I don't want any spam, but no choice...
-They put really ambiguous labels (see the picture). You might think you get discounts buy actually you don't! You have to check at the back of the label the conditions... So in my case I didnt get $15 off.

Buyer beware. No refund offered only gift cards. I was a regular shopper here, but not anymore. Contrary to Australian consumer laws they do not offer a refund for goods that don't fit (and no alternative size available). They issue a gift card. I couldn't find anything else I want to purchase in store - and to scared to buy online again - as this lead to incorrect size in the first place. I will reconsider further purchases.Really disappointed.

We have driven from Mandurah to have a look at this store !!! I as the mother of my 2 Daughters which 2 of us work in retail were very disappointed with the service from the 2 staff that are on today no greeting both look very sad or just not happy to be at work and I had to ask to have the fitting room doors to be open both of them were just standing at the counter seen my daughters and other customers waiting for the rooms not even asking if customers need different sizes or even can I help you with anything else!!! Very very disappointed ☹ it doesn’t cost anything to be greeted and have a smile on your face !!! Thanks lisa

Poor customer service at the Westfield Carousel store – several staff were walking around unpacking stock, but none offered any assistance. When we were spoken to it was quite rude and dismissive. Left without purchasing anything due to the poor service.

Customer services are very bad
We brought a dress from them then my daughter didn’t like the dress so we went to get a refund but they didn’t give us our money back.

Staff are immature and very rude. Store is overcrowded and untidy.
