Incredibly positive experience at Table Tennis World. I have purchased a table and a robot. Paul listens to your needs and understands which products are going to work to improve your game. Paul was amazing with helping me. I was at a tournament and he was there with his shop , which by the way has a large variety of stock. I had bubbles in my forehand rubber and time was running out, he introduced a whole new style of rubber to me in around 2 minutes, and replaced my rubber in time for my game, I went on to win most of my games, Thank you Paul

I would like to say thanks to Paul Pinkewich for helping me to choose the right table tennis bat.
Paul is very knowledgeable and give you an expert advice. I did search a lot of table tennis bats e.g Butterfly, Stiga,TimoBoll 2000 ,DHS, etc but believe me you will only chose the right one when you hold them in your hand.
I ended up buying the "TABLE TENNIS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BAT OPAL RANGE".

After clarifying with the company on 10/05/2023 the difference between the handles for the rackets I wanted, I immediately ordered 2 rackets with cases and rubber protectors (to their recommendation). Promptly delivered on 11/05/2023 with the rubber protectors on the rackets and inside their cases. 5/5 service and product!

Great customer service. Paul helped me a lot in choosing the products I needed when the site was down temporarily. Great products - love my stiga case and bat protector. I have had the pleasure dealing with the team at table tennis world over the last week and I have to say their customer service has been truly outstanding!!!!!!! We had a few issues with freight which was totally out of their hands but they still stepped up and touched base numerous times through the day to make sure all was travelling find and to see how they could assist! It is not often when things are so hectic so close to Christmas that companies manage to keep their excellence in customer service at such a high level! I commend you guys. Paul is an absolute gentleman and true to his word. I Purchased a table tennis table and before ordering, I talked to him and requested him to deliver early so I can play with my kids during school Holidays. Even near Christmas time when most of the companies are not able to fulfill their promises, he delivered it on time.

One of the best players to have played for Australia so knows his stuff and has been doing business for 46 years. I would not go anywhere else for anything related to Table Tennis for sure.

I was provided with great advice about the table suitable for our needs.
After a slight delay in delivery, we had fantastic service with the assembled table being delivered and set up with net, bats and balls, all ready to go.

John and Paul are extremely helpful. I owned a stiga all round offensive and wanted to purchase a clipper. But john dissuaded me from buying saying I should get all fundamentals down before buying a faster new blade. They don't try and sell you something you don't need or the more expensive option, only what's best for you skill and progression. Would highly recommend.

We wanted a quality table to last the test of time and decided to go for a Stiga 25mm Elite Roller. Pinkie picked up the phone every time I called and helped me choose. He transported the table and spent a lot of time helping us with tips on assembly and choosing bats. We felt we got the best service and a lot of additional value through all the great stories Pinkie had from his time championship days! Table Tennis World is definitely my recommendation.

Paul (one of the greatest players ever to represent Australia) delivered a new table tennis table to our workplace, surprising and delighting us by having our brand new table set up and ready for play before the scheduled delivery time! He also brought in some gear, cheerfully explaining the difference between various blades and rubbers, while expertly cutting and gluing rubbers at no charge. Paul kept everyone entertained with his enthusiasm and banter, even playing an exhibition game on our new table, umpired by his wife Marie, an international umpire. Thanks Paul and Marie!

I bought a 3/4 table tennis table from them for my fiancee's birthday and Jason delivered it super fast despite the Covid-19 quarantine. He also kindly helped us choose the best bats, and now, over a month after the purchase we are loving this table, it's heaps of fun and amazing quality.

When I got there Paul served me and helped me get the right bat. Went above and beyond for a single customer which I have not seen for a long time, showed me some drills to do for training and gave me complimentary items.

Table tennis World is an amazing place if you want cheap blades and rubbers! Although, the website doesn’t have all the rubbers or blades their website has listed, they have even more than the website! They even do free gluing service if you buy one rubber only. Now, here’s my experience there. It’s a bit far to walk from the train station of Caringbah but I did and when I got there the owner, Paul Pinkelwerths was right there and he was insanely nice. All I came for was one sheet of hurricane 3 but I ended up getting free DHS case, clean of my previous rubbers, edge tape, plastic rubber protector, glue service and even little tips on how to improve my play. Remember, all of this was free and I even got a lift back to the station! Now, though everything was free, the shop is pretty hard to locate if walking as their building is not marked on the sign for their business block. This isn’t the shops fault though so no points will be deducted. Ultimately, because of the price, advice, free table tennis accessories and friendly employees, the shop gets a 5 star review from me. If you’re buying anything related to table tennis, buy it here!

I ordered a table, net and bats on a Friday afternoon and they were delivered on the Saturday morning. Plus great advice when I rang to enquire about different options. The table was easy to set up. Thank you - exceptional service deep in lockdown.
