I recently visited in person for their Cubing competition and it was a lot of fun, as far as the store itself it's got plenty of variety though there are a few things that were out of stock when I went there but I've gotten quite a few unique puzzles from Dailypuzzles. Sure the place itself is just a warehouse however the variety of cubes they have make them an easy recommendation whether you're in Australia or overseas. And bonus if you live in South Australia you can click and collect directly from the warehouse.

Daily Puzzles is an amazing company with great customer service. I met Billy & Calvin at a competition cube store and they were outstanding. I asked if I could get a discount on some items I wanted to buy, and they happily agreed, got my items ready and to my surprise, they also added a cube bag and 3 cube stands for no extra cost. I didn't even reach the level to qualify for a free cube stand, let alone the cube bag. They were very friendly and we discussed some things. Their generosity and friendly service is the reason why I can strongly recommend Daily Puzzles and see myself ordering from them again.

We have bought multiple cubes from Daily Puzzles with the most recent purchase being a replacement part for a GAN cube. Daily Puzzles were extremely helpful in helping us identify exactly what cube we had, and the replacement part arrived swiftly. Best customer service ever (especially since the prevailing opinion is that you can't replace cube parts).

Since my last review we have been contacted by the owner of DailyPuzzles and he has been more than reasonable with us and whilst I don't seem to be able to edit my last review I feel it is important to follow up with a review of how my families concerns were handled after we managed to get through to the right person. Thank you Billy for your professionalism and courtesy. We will definitely continue to be customers of your business.

We have used DailyPuzzles to supply our family and School's Rubics Club with all the best speedcube equipment available. The website is easy to use, shipment and delivery has been exceptional. Add to this their rewards system is excellent and makes you want to buy again and again. Whilst we did have an issue with one item having a defect and communication around sorting that out initially which made us frustrated. We did find out it was probably due to the move to a bigger warehouse which caused this issue and once the company CEO got involved we discovered why this is such a great business. Billy was an absolute professional to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DailyPuzzles to anyone looking to get the fastest cubes and puzzles on the market!

Like many other reviews are claiming, my packages shipping was delayed. I emailed DailyPuzzles, and they responded explaining there is currently a delay due to an extreme number of orders but are making changes to resolve the delays. My package finally arrived today without any further effort on my part to contact them.

I'm a long time customer, and I've made roughly $1500 USD of purchases from DailyPuzzles over the last two years. They've made a mistake on one purchase out of over 20 and corrected the mistake at no additional charge. There have been some delays in shipping recently (not as severe as this most recent order), but every order I've made has arrived, and in good condition.

I appreciate the communication, which is why I'm leaving a 5 star instead of 4. I've generally been very happy with the service. There have been a lot of worker shortages recently, at least in my country, so I'm inclined to forgive the delays and will personally continue to use them to buy my cubes.

Updating my review. At first I was very unhappy with the lack of response from them. But after they explained their challenging situation at their end, I’ll let it go.

If you want fast delivery, may not be the first place to get your cube, but they do have some interesting ones you won’t find anywhere else.

Why have guys not replied to any of my emails. I made a mistake with my order and have not received any reply. It's too late now because you have already shipped it.😓

With the lack of aftersales service that my wife and son have received after spending hundreds of dollars with DailyPuzzles I'd like to give them a negative star rating as she has sent two emails to them messages through Facebook and their website and all have been ignored. We are easy customers to deal with and you'll see from my other reviews that I hardly ever leave a bad review because I look for the good in everything however the lack of communication from DailyPuzzles is regrettably worthy of a bad review.
