Michella went above and beyond with an odd request post purchase where she assisted me with a issue while I was on the road. She made sure that the supplier took responsibility for the issue with my shoes and i had a satisfactory outcome while in Melbourne - a very long drive from Broome. No hesitation in recommending Bobs!

I purchased some shoes at bobs in Broome whilst I was traveling around oz. Great pair of sandals , top quality and fit for wide feet . Naot was the brand. Unfortunately along the way I had a tear close to the buckle. Months later when I returned I tried to get them repaired but they couldn’t fix. Them. I rang the store and they spoke to Naot who replaced the shoes straight away. The girls in Broome where awesome and Thankyou Naot for the replacements. A fabulous shop with a huge range of styles fit etc. whilst in Broome visit Bobs !!!

Great shoe store, always good deals available, I like the variety of shoes in their stores.
Staff is very friendly and always helpful. If you’re in Perth you should visit the store in Fremantle, that store is stunning.
