Chinatown Taxis

Seems to be the only taxi company that actually operates on a Sunday in Broome! (No Ubers here either). Service was prompt both booking on phone and taxi arrival.

Great service. They texted me for confirmation and then again when driver was on the way. Drivers were friendly and happy to help with our luggages. (Side note for anyone using taxi in Broome, do expect 15-30min wait time as all taxi companies seem to be busy during this peak tourist season.)

Good service, reliable on multiple occasions and large cars made it easy for baggage/extra passengers. Highly recommend. Don't know why they have so many poor reviews. Must have had a change in drivers/management because we had excellent experiences for the week!

I have to say I was thoroughly surprised by the quality of ride with your Chinatown employee. He expertly navigated the streets of Broome and delivered us safely and promptly to our location. Never have I thought I would cry over a taxi ride. Tonight this has changed. This ride was a moment in time I will never forget and forever will cherish. Chinatown, is my town. I will get your logo tattooed on my chest to ensure I never forget what can only be described as a full service.

We used the service five times during our visit. Friendly and efficient both on phone and the drivers. The maxi taxi driver was very good.

We used this service twice. They arrived on time and both drivers were very polite. One driver in particular provided fabulous conversation & customer service.

My sister, who is wheelchair bound, and I had a FANTASTIC day tour with 'Scotty' from Chinatown Taxis. The service was wonderful. Right from the friendly and helpful booking of the Maxi cab to prompt arrival time at our Princess Cruise ship to the knowledgeable commentary from Scotty. Thank you so much

Booked a Taxi for 2pm arrived on time, we were lucky to meet the owner of the business, thanks Ros very friendly,, phoned for around 10pm to go home waited 5 min and our taxi arrived the driver was very friendly and chatty. Would definetly recomed this Taxi company
