Dean has been really helpful today with an awning issue. He was super knowledgeable and transparent, even drilled larger holes into the brackets for me so it would sit flush on my roof. Fantastic service from him.

Thank you to Chris and the Team for sorting out my vans fuel leak. Even got a tow sorted from town at 10 to 5 at night. And was sorted the next day before lunch so I could travel onwards to Derby. Much appreciated

We are travelling Aus at the moment and would Highly highly recommend using Minshull. We had 3 injectors fail and they squeezed us in as fast as they could. Jack in particular working the front desk was super professional and friendly. He went above and beyond dealing with our extended warranty provider and more than several of our calls. Even a week later when an oil leak became quite noticeable and started at the valve cover gasket which was related to the injector job they were more than happy to pay for the repair at a new mechanic in Exmouth to get us back on the road. 5 stars

Warren came out to my isolated position and found me in the Sandhills. Fixed my vehicle out in the bush promptly.

Great service and excellent to deal with .Serviced my 21 Ford Ranger as no ford dealer in Broome . Really nice people to talk to and knew about the correct process to service the deisel engine. Checked everything and adjusted the hand brake and greased the suspension and drained the catch can. Thanks guys will be recommending you.

We are from SA and travelling around Western Australia, our Pajero was due for a service when we got to Broome. They were able to fit me in at short notice and organised a taxi for me to get back to our Caravan park. Great service and easy to deal with. 👍

The boys repaired my daughter's clutch in her X Trail. She was in a real bad spot.

I can not praise these guys enough. I limped into Broome after doing the Gibb,starter motor was 99% gone.after telling them that we were travelling, they sqeezed us in and changed it the next day and at a reasonable price.great job,thanks guys my wife and I can not thank you enough. Travelling from interstate in my 4WD and was fitted in quickly to check the cause of an engine oil leak with potentially dire consequences.
Problem diagnosed, inexpensive part replaced and on my way.
Much appreciated for the expert action and fix at a very reasonable price.
Definitely be back if and when needed when again in these parts of WA.

Currently doing the lap and were in Broome for a period of time. Needed a service and replacement of airbags in the rear of our Ram 1500.
The guys at Minshull were fantastic from booking the car in to getting the part’s required to getting the work done.
Communication and follow up was excellent, makes you appreciate small town businesses.

Had my Ranger 90,000km service done by the team at Minshull on Thursday. Great friendly team, would not hesitate to go here again for any mechanical services. Job was finished ahead of said time which was a bonus.

We had an electrical fault with our Dmax preventing the vehicle from starting. The team at Minshull MR went out of their way to assist and get us back on the road. Couldn't be more happy with the service. Absolutely recommend these guys.

Had squeak in fan belt area causing concern. Although flat out with work they identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Great bunch of blokes. Also the ARB dealer with a lot of gear in the shop. Thank you. It is very much appreciated.

Due to a brake pad signal on my vehicle, I booked into Minshull Mechanical Repairs to have them checked and instead of waiting around, I was kindly offered a lift into town. Brakes were all fine, just an issue with the warning signal. The staff here are all friendly and efficient, reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend.

Chris was extraordinarily helpful when we called to seek help with ARB camping chairs. Organised new ones under warranty with no fuss! Great customer service!

Drove from QLD to Broome about to do Gibb River Road. My 10yr old ARB air compressor hose started to leak. Called in to see Mega4×4 Store Broome(ARB agent) to get a replacement. Met a very helpful staff member named Jack. Jack explained part I required was on order. Because I was leaving the following day to do GRR Jack sourced the part I needed from a complete new ARB air compressor in stock so I could be on my way. THANKS JACK!
I was prepared to pay for another ARB Compressor(complete with air hose) but Jack saved me over $400 by providing the compressor hose only. I left a very happy customer!!
