Excellent service at Broome Auto excellence!!! And lots of awards to prove it. Turo rental making noises, very unnerving to drive in the outback and they were able to check and set our and car owners mind at ease so we could keep traveling. Made a great few recommendations of places to visit in travels as well. All very friendly and very reasonably priced. Thank you for the help and care, Carla and John(now enjoying a ginger beer at the recommended Matso 😉).

Ashley, Craig, Jezza and Jordie are legends! From the minute we booked our Landcruiser in to the day we picked it up (freshly washed!!) we had no issues whatsoever and these guys are the best in town!!

Jezza, Ashleigh and Craig really looked after us when we were in a tricky situation. We had our car towed to another garage but didn't feel comfortable with the review on that company or the attitude of the staff when we went in. We took a chance and moved our car to Broome Auto Excellence and were really glad we did. They were upfront that they weren't super cheap but promised they would do their best to get us in quickly and do a good job. We felt they looked after us and did go above and beyond to fit us in and get us back on the road.

I've been driving since 1969 but never experienced the 3 things that are critical to me from an auto service firm like Broome Auto Excellence.
1. Value for money.
2 Actually caring for their customers
3. Willingness to follow up and help again if necessary or during a breakdown.
Ask for Jezza. Bloody good bloke.
No need to consider other options.

I was just travelling through when my a/c had a leak - every mechanic I called didn’t have time.. When I went to BAE they immediately took a look at it and fixed it!! They were friendly, efficient, fair and absolutely amazing, thank you again!!

Story time. I’m on the road 2 hours out of Broome and my engine completely cooks due to a very bad coolant leak. Of all the mechanics in Broome, Auto Excellence was the only one that I could get my car towed to, the others said no. Jezza and the crew let me keep my car there whilst I saved up the money for another engine and the labour costs for the repair. Now my car is up and running and I’m very grateful for these guys and the work they did. Honestly, a great crew and amazing customer service, I’m very happy - Ryan

The crew at Broome Auto Excellence were friendly, informative and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. I spoke with Jezza last week about sorting out a clutch kit and he was honest in giving me a timeframe of about a week to have it done however he managed to fit me in earlier and had it done within a day. I’m stoked with the job they’ve done and the customer service. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Professional advice and work ethic buy the whole crew. They completed a task on a old car 2007 Holden in 1.5 hrs in saying that most others would charge and spin the job out. Cheers for a good honest job . Chris.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our Prado. Jezza and the team are always super thorough, honest and knowledgeable. Don’t take your car anywhere else!

Had a Mass Air Flow Sensor problem which Kiyo helped with sorting whilst on our lap around Oz. Kiyo was fantastic and helped us back on our way. He had a scan tool which identified the problem so that we could fix it quickly & easily & then cleared the fault for us to continue our journey. Highly recommend

Jez was amazing ! I was planning on driving down to Perth and my car started playing up, he looked at the car that day to find out what the problem was, ordered the part in and I got the car back within 4 days!

They do all the best to try to help me for an emergency in my van and they was able to address me to the right person to fix it.

We cannot thank the legends at Broome auto excellence enough for their hard work to get our troopy back on the road. They were under the pump but kept us informed every day of the process, and went literally above and beyond for us. It was daunting enough to break down in a town we didn’t know, but the crew made us feel like nothing was too much and that they would get us back on the road as quick as possible. The least we could do is vouch for how good they are!

Absolutely amazing service! I rang late in the afternoon with engine lights on and no power, Jezza was able to fit me in first thing the next morning and had our car sorted and back on the road in a couple of hours so we could continue our trip home to Perth. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Really nice people and fast service. We came there to check our car quickly before leaving and got an appointment that day, even they were overbooked. Reliable, friendly and honest.

Thank you Jezza and the crew at Broome Auto Excellence. It’s not often you need to fix a 200 series Landcruiser, but when you do it’s great to have confidence the job will be done well. We were recommended to BAE by a colleague and couldn’t be happier. From the first visit we we were kept appraised of the work being undertaken and the likely costs involved. Fortunately for us ( If fortunately for the wallet) extra work was uncovered during the process but all aspects of the job were discussed prior to

Jezza and the team were the only garage in Broome who could help us replace some wheel studs that had sheered off our Jeep Cherokee. From start to the finish they were absolutely brilliant. Had the parts shipped in within 2 days and fitted them as soon as they arrived. Also gave us some fantastic advice for travelling around the area. If you ever need any work done on your car, I couldn't recommend these guys more highly!

We are travelling through Broome and needed some minor work done on our troopy and could not be more impressed with Jezza and the team. The attention to detail, friendliness and efficeny is outstanding! Deadset, how often does a mechanic accurately tell you what time your car should be ready by and then actually back that up?!

The engine bay was degreased and looks so clean I'm tempted to cook my Bacon and eggs on it. My handbrake feels more reliable than a metronome (no small feat for a troopy) , honestly can't praise these guys enough. Thanks heaps you absolute pack of legends!!!
